Everything was perfect. Families with kids- friends or couples- this hotel os for everyone! To be informed the day before arrival about their app, to book activities and reserve restaurant. By the time we knew about It, everything was fully booked.

The facilities and amenities are nice.

Great property located in an amazing location and with great restaurants and facilities (including an amazing kids club). Also the service was terrific. Huge credit to Bishnu, Perry, Prabhu, Sampat and Anu who made our trip one of the best we have ever taken. Honestly nothing

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. A vacation we will never forget. From the extremely friendly staff, to the great food, to the stunning vistas and hiking options directly on the property, everything surpassed expectations. Very highly recommended. Nothing! The hotel lives up to its reputation and marketing.

Communication through both the app and WhatsApp was prompt and responsive. The hotel also organized different activities like hiking and cycling, which is a great way to stay active and meet other guests. Apart from Helios, the food at the other restaurants were disappointing and lacked variety and quality. Skip the various 'cuisine nights' at Corossol restaurants because the food is tasteless and expensive. The 'tapas' served at Kabana is misleading. Instead of traditional tapas, the menu consisted of just dips like hummus, guacamole, etc which they considered to be 'tapas'.

Spacious, nice beach on the North Side , excellent food at Cyann for lunch and Adam&Eve for dinner Nicely sized villas -Prices are very high for hotel that has aged a bit and offers limited service on a beach that is ultimately public - It is very big and while the villas benefit from dedicated buggies, not all staff at restaurants understands that and wait time for the general « shuttles » is rather long - The structure of the family 2 bedroom villa is convoluted with no access to the living rooms without walking along or around the pool -All light switches are not easy to find, and there was no light in the sauna or master bedroom shower (only the window overlooking the pool) -Finally the early breakfast option at Zeebar had very poor croissants and viennoiseries , and weird juice. It should have included some cereal/ some fresh fruits/ hard boiled eggs as a lot of people leave early because of international flights timings so they should make an effort.

Ephelia is the nature resort encompasing the full peninsula with 4 or more beaches and hiking trails longer than 1 hr. There was excellent kids corner for my 2 year old son, tennis and divibg lessons for my 10 year old daughter. So, it was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Constance Ephelia Seychelles and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Hajar for making our stay even more pleasant. We were very grateful for the early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip much more comfortable. We also received such a warm and beautiful welcome upon arrival, and we really appreciated the hospitality. The food at the Helios restaurant was absolutely delicious, and we found the prices to be very reasonable. As parents traveling with a child, we especially appreciated the kids' facilities. The play area is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details and has everything children need. We also used the babysitting service and were very satisfied with it. The resort grounds are stunning, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Everything was clean and well cared for throughout our stay. The spa was exceptional and definitely one of the highlights of our vacation. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. We would be delighted to return and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Seychelles. -

Check in took too long, some of the staff were rude, while others very polite and friendly. Given the remote nature of the hotel, I would have expected more evening entertainment.

Our stay at Constance Ephelia was truly unforgettable. We travelled with our 10-month-old baby, and one of the things we appreciated most was how family-friendly the resort was. Every restaurant offered baby food options, which made travelling with an infant so much easier and more comfortable. The natural beauty of this place is simply breathtaking. The turquoise sea, lush tropical surroundings, and peaceful atmosphere felt incredibly restorative — exactly what we needed. The beach was stunning, and the sun loungers nestled among the trees felt like something out of a dream. Spending our days surrounded by nature, listening to the sound of the ocean, was pure bliss. A very special thank you to Betsia and Zhazira, who were exceptionally kind and helpful during our checkout process. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to assist made our departure much smoother, and we are truly grateful for their support. Thank you, Constance Ephelia, for such a wonderful experience. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already dreaming of returning one day. -

While our stay started off as good rather than exceptional, everything changed thanks to Lidwine, the Reservations Manager. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care completely transformed our experience. From organizing a beautiful and romantic afternoon tea in a stunning location, to arranging personalized chocolates and sparkling tea, she consistently went above and beyond to make us feel special. What truly stood out was her dedication throughout our stay. She regularly checked in to ensure everything was perfect, assisted us with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and any requests we had. It felt as though she was personally invested in making our holiday memorable, and she succeeded. Hospitality like hers is rare, and she deserves special recognition for the outstanding service she provides. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning beaches, lush surroundings, and excellent facilities. there are a few areas where we believe the experience could be improved. Due to the size of the resort and the Seychelles heat, transportation between rooms and amenities can sometimes be challenging. More readily available shuttle services would greatly enhance guest comfort, especially during the hottest parts of the day. We also found the pricing of additional items to be quite high, although this is somewhat reflective of Seychelles in general rather than the resort alone. However, considering the premium room rates and the fact that we were on a half-board package, we were surprised that even simple extras such as an additional bottle of water or a soft drink incurred extra charges. A few more complimentary inclusions would make the overall guest experience feel more generous and aligned with the luxury positioning of the resort.

Absolutely amazing property — huge, beautifully maintained, and packed with facilities. From the wide selection of restaurants and activities to the delicious breakfast spread with endless options, everything was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with numerous pools, two private beaches, and caring, attentive staff all adding to the overall experience. Truly a fantastic place to relax and enjoy your holiday. Everything was great.

Wonderful relaxing area, great staff Shopping at the facility quite expensive, better to take a taxi to downtown. The lights in the room are not ideal, especially bathroom area for makeup could be improved.
