Lovely, clean and fresh hotel with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Wonderful location close to a beautiful little cove beach. Everything was fantastic ?

Very comfortable beds, room got cleaned every single day, good breakfast and the location was amazing. Only 5 minutes to my favorite beach in Portal Nous. Also most complete offering in the hotel on things you could need while staying there such as toothbrush + toothpaste, comb and other little things. Walls of the hotel were paperthin so I could hear every single conversation of my neighbors. Luckily the hotel provided earplugs and sleeping mask which I thought was so considerate of them.

We really liked the brightness of the hotel as the unique design allows plenty of natural sunlights to fill the space and that creat a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptional, friendly with genuine smile. The breakfast was also excellent with a great variety and good quality. The location was great, and parking around the hotel was always available during our stay in April. Restaurant at the hotel closes at 7pm. Too early

Staff were very accommodating, and welcoming! I loved that it was a small boutique hotel, it felt like a home away from home.. The pool was lovely, the breakfast was great, sea views from the rooms and pool were such a treat- definitely pay the bit extra for a sea view room- it is WELL worth it. the other rooms look out onto a road which isn't quite the same. 5 minute walk to a sandy beach with a beach bar, 10 minute walk to the paddle country club + luxury gym (well worth a visit for a paddle players!) and 10 minute walk from the high street with coffee shops/ supermarkets/ restaurants etc. 7 minute drive from the port with lovely restaurants and luxury shops. The hotel gym is what you'd expect from a hotel; it had a few machines and enough weights for men and women to do a proper work out- also very cool which was great. lovely personable + quiet atmosphere. I would come here again! A few improvements would be to redo the carpets in the hallways, and extra parasols at the pool.

Beautiful pool and nice staff The TV did not work / small bathroom

I really cared for the location and how warmly we were welcomed. The staff was kind, helpful and made the whole experience feel smooth and easy. The beds were especially comfortable, which made a difference. Everything flowed beautifully, and I’d like to thank the entire team for the care and hospitality. As a small note, it would be nice to have a bit more cheese variety on the breakfast buffet and to clearly mention that omelets are available.

Good location but a little walking involved. Close to beach and bus stop for easy connections around Island. Bed was comfortable, view was fantastic, had a great night's sleep. Had a small problem with noise from a neighbouring room, staff kindly helped immediately. Walls are very thin. Shower was quite cramped.

Breakfast was just excellent and staff amazing that obviously loved their work . No Irish breakfast tea but we brought our own and so not an issue !!! Really everything was so good !

Not a great deal The rooms and bathrooms are absolutely tiny. It’s near nothing, there’s no parking, only 1 person behind the front desk so everything is very slow. Only 1 lift which is two people at a squeeze. I was only there for one night, had it been more than that I’d have had to move hotels. The pictures look far better than it actually is.

Disappointing

Nice staff at reception, gave me a nice room with a view. Cleaning people are very loud, impossible to sleep during the day in the room, when they are cleaning room nearby or upstairs. Very poor isolation. Also, there were constant repairs noise from construction sight. Not very easy to relax by the pool with constant drilling noise nearby.

Experience from walking into the lobby and out was amazing. The staff is really friendly and kind, the room and was pretty great. We would visit again for sure

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast buffet, good air con, clean rooms, nice views. There was a kettle in the room ...still very unusual on the continent. Nothing.
