Portals Hills Boutique Hotel

The hotel has breathtaking views. It’s a lovely hotel for quiet and peace. Loved the decor and the view from rest and pool. My room had a balcony with spectacular views. It’s located in a residential area . It has beaches close by , restaurants and supermarket and pharmacy. Staff is phenomenal from the front desk, restaurant’ and housekeeping . Kudos to Cara that helped me out to find last minute tour. She went above and beyond. Breakfast is one of the best I had. It has lots of variety. Loved the home made passion fruit kefir, the coffee and poached eggs . Food is of excellent quality. Hotel is pristine and has nice aesthetics. Hotel Is very pricey. The TV were not smart tv so I couldn’t watch Netflix. Or use any streaming platform. Staff tried to help out giving me a connecting cable but was not compatible with I phineThis is something that should not happen at a 5 star hotel and at the price I paid The beds are ok but not as comfortable as other beds I tried at other hotels in Palma . The mattress is not pillow top. The beds are starting showing their age . The linen smells good but a person with allergies, migraines or asthma is not good. I suggest using scent free hypoallergenic fabric detergent. Even though the bathrrom shower gels, body creams were from a higher end brand I think was Bulgari they were low quality ingredients wise. It was all fragrance . Also they were in plastic bottles . Some of the furniture had scratches .

Superb

The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. Every room has an amazing view over Portals and Palma bay, The breakfast is excellent, very nicly presented fresh fruit, yoghurts, breads, pastries and lots of cooked options. The lunch we had in the pool bar was also top quality. All the staff are very pleasant and looked after us so well during our stay. The position of the hotel is above the Portals Nous village and a good 20 mins walk to the Puerto Portals. It's good exercise on the way back as it is all up hill but in the evening it is easy to get a taxi back from the port so wasn't an issue.

Great location and excellent decor! Very luxurious! Some of the furniture in the rooms is worn in places but only minor.

This is an amazing hotel. Very boutique but so clean with a fabulous pool beck and open plan bar. Rooms are very comfortable and breakfast amazing. Staff were fabulous and so attentive. Daily replenished mini bar is an added bonus. Drinks on the slightly expensive side.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional - the food, service, ambience and facilities were faultless. The staff made our holiday, couldn't have asked anymore from them. Accessibility to taxi's was a small issue but out of the hotels hands.
