The front desk kid had a bad attitude. Key fob would not work. Kept telling me not using it right. Finally, made another. Worked first try. Room AC would not get below 84 degrees. Warm water only in bathroom. Total response from the front desk was ok, sorry. Will not ever use an Executive inn again

First im so upset because I didn't stay where i was at because you guys had me booked in Texas while im in Florida i had to pay for my room in Marianna Fl in never got my money back from the error you guys made from Texas i would rather have another night at The Executive Inn in Marianna Fl please it's only fair

Rooms clean and quiet property is quiet and peaceful a lot of stores and food options around

Room was big but no closet. I found the towel bar rod behind the dresser and the toilet paper holder was missing too. The coffee came out brown water. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Low noise on the weekend but Monday morning we could hear a lot of road noise early.

the water disnt get that hot it had air but it was really hot in the room i booked it for two nights and only stayed one night

Needless to say- We will NOT go back nor will we even recommend this place. The housekeeper is a thief, a liar, and extremely rude!!

There were roaches in the corner and fast food trash left on the floor. The blankets refused to stay on the bed. Very get what you pay for.

There was no Heat in the room, light in bathroom had to be held down to work, there was no hot water at all in the room ie.. sink or shower. killed 2 roaches the next morning. there was only a sheet and a thin cover on the bed.. no Blanket. the advertised "Jacuzzi tub" was inoperable and taped off. floors were dirty and the door to the adjoining room as open on our side. the lock on the door was 1/2 missing.
