….. I don’t like the fact that I have reached out to the hotel staff asking for the deposit and they just deviate the issue saying it was sent to the manager which apparently have not done anything to refund it, someone at this property should take matters into their own hands and make sure that the issue is resolved. I will keep escalating this situation until the refund is complete.

Power was out. Tried to rebook only problem is the room went up . Price .I wanted to stay a day longer,sent to office and he said 76 not the 46 I checked in with

Great location! Anything you may need is close by. The front desk staff was nice and the surrounding areas of the hotel looked clean. The room had a weird smell upon arrival. The chain safety lock was missing from the door. Walls and baseboards were all marked up and looked filthy. There were cracks on the floor tiles of the bathroom, as well as a bunch of scratches on the floor near the nightstand. Door to the bathroom was missing chunks of paint and was very worn out. The towels had yellowish stains all over them.

The guy that answers the phone when you call to book is rude. He won't book you and makes you go to Expedia to book. The rooms were mid and they don't serve breakfast.
