Our stay at The Grand was exceptional! The housekeeping team kept our room spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options.The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options.The front desk personnel are exceptional, particularly the lady with black curly hair, whose name I unfortunately forgot, as she assisted us beyond our expectations.

Breakfast was very good and the taxi setup with the hotel was nice. We were only there 2 nights and all our plans were in Naples which added to the cost due to the need of a taxi.

The property had nice rooms and a good view, very modern. Around 9 o’clock a party started by the pool with loud booming music with a subwoofer that penetrated the rooms. Management stood behind the fact that it was a separate company running the restaurant, even though they shared the same facility. As a business owner, I would’ve set up communication between the restaurant and the hotel and not hide behind the fact they were separate companies. It should’ve been synergy between the two not conflict. Music did not stop till midnight we had to leave at 6 AM. A place to sleep is the primary purpose of a hotel and they fall short. It’s a shame because the rest of the day was very nice.

However, there was no soundproofing at all. Noise from the upper floors, the corridor, and even outside could be heard throughout the day and night. This was very disturbing and unfortunately affected my stay.

Everything was amazing. The property is in the excellent condition, everything looks new and perfectly clean. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful-fruit, bakery, cheese, eggs, etc.-for any taste. Wonderful addition-prosecco for breakfast. The view on the water from the restaurant is great. Staff is very friendly, polite, well trained. Our room was not ready when we have arrived, and, without my ask, they offered free upgrade! Also, every request we have made was met. The excellent bonus is a free shuttle offered from the resort to the train station in Portici. I would come back there :) There is nothing we did not like; but, if asked, I'd offer adding water cooler in the gym and a walk way yo the water right from the resort property without need go on the street.

the breakfast was excellent with a variety of offerings. the restaurant served some of the best food I have tasted in a long time. The staff spoke fluent English and were friendly and extremely helpful. There were very limited English programs/movies on the television.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. It was luxurious, the staff was exceptional and incredibly accommodating. The food was divine and we will definitely be back. They couldn’t have done more to accommodate us. They were wonderful and there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. Bravo Tre Fontane!!

Modern rooms Didn’t really bother us for a night but the area is a little “up and coming” with construction around, and the train runs between the pool and the sea.

We wanted to use the swimming pool but it was not open despite the information received in Booking.com.

Breakfast was fabulous and the view was very beauyiful. All of the staff in the breakfast was very polite, friendly and we felt very welcime yhere. The food was wonderful, lots of opportunities to choose from, very good quality of the food! I would recommend them to everyone for special occasion to be treated as the best guest! Some small ants walked around?

A large room with a garden Short distance to. The car park The room was far too warm, and there was no temperature r regularion. The hotel entrance is difficjlt to find, in a dilapidated subburb. The pool is in a windy place along a railway line

This is a nice, higher class property with beautiful rooms. The area was not as refined as others throughout this part of Italy but it served as a good pit stop for us prior to heading down to the amalfi coast. The air conditioning was not adjustable so we slept very hot.
