The location , cleanliness and the staff were amazing The bathrooms need some light and they are sometimes smelly

The perfect hostel for staying in Portimão. This hostel is truly one of Portimão’s hidden gems. It has a perfect location in the heart of the city, close to the river, bars and restaurants, all the main services and public transport, as well as the city’s main attractions. The hostel is charming, beautifully maintained, welcoming, and exceptionally clean. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are spotless. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need, except for bed curtains. The bathrooms are well equipped and feature two showers, two sinks, and two toilets. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a lovely terrace. It’s the perfect hostel for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff are wonderful. Ingrid was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always happy to help, with a smile on her face at all times. The same with the other guy (sorry I did not remember the name) that was very friendly. Another great advantage is the excellent value for money.

Really lovely staff and the guests are lovely too. Central location and the private room was exactly as pictured with a private bathroom too (and a mini fridge!). Shared kitchen adequately equipped.

The staff (Caio) was really friendly and always helpful. The whole place was very clean. There was a hair dryer, towels, soap, and all the amenities needed to make it a really nice place to stay.

Dirty kitchen and utensils, beds without curtains, personal lockers do not provide secure space, weak wi-fi, far from beach.

The staff and people staying there were very friendly and welcoming! The staff were very flexible and accommodating - just remember to have cash for the tourist tax and for local public transport

Good location in Portimao. There were only two of us in the 8 bed dorm, which was nice. Overall pretty clean and relatively large, bright rooms. The mattresses weren't really comfortable though.

Very good experience, both the service and facilities are great, the waiter is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions we have. I will stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends. The room door lock is broken, not easy to close the door.

The room was nice, even had a fridge. We came with self check-in and had a smooth stay. The bathroom is a bit small as it is outside, on the balcony.
