Villa Principezinho

The pool was Nice and kitchen was clean and well equipped The garden was not well maintained. The room display was weird. Mattress was old and sofa bed uncomfortable. Shower was not practical, with no shower head and no door so water was coming out.

I loved everything about the property. Location was great because of how close the beach and all the restaurants are. There is parking inside the property which is awesome because you can leave and return whenever you’d like without having to look for any parking. The apartment was really clean and perfect. The owner was super helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend and if I ever return to Algarve, I'm going to re book!! Nothing to mention

Loved the look and feel. Functioning air conditioning. Good kitchen. Door to the toilet was seethrough, shower didnt have proper doors or insulation which resulted in water everywhere. Shower didnt have a showerhead holder, would be better.

The location, parking, and multiple hangout spaces were very nice. The laundry and drying was great. We had a very relaxing stay and felt very comfortable. Check in and out was very easy with all the info we needed provided by the host on WhatsApp ahead of time! The Villa was more run down than we expected. The outdoor areas and bathrooms were messy and had some broken items. The kitchen was messy (lots of dishes and trash) likely due to other guests but made it difficult to cook and clean for our own meals.

Location was good. Kitchen as well. Everything was clean Beds are terrible, hard and not comfortable.

Location and cleaned room. Having a pool and quietness Pool floor had tile that is coming off, which exposes sharp edges and was making cuts all over our feet

The pool is nice, the location is good. It's all a bit bare minimum. No trashcan in your room, no soap in the bathroom. No personal on site.

Superb

The check in is completely automatic, you can do it yourself, there is no counter or anybody waiting for you, they will send whatsapp with everything you need to know. I couldn´t find the entrance because it still had the old name "Quinta da Farncesinha", but everything eles was five stars.

Beautiful old villa, which honestly has more potential. Let me tell you shortly the good things: - Big parking space - Pool - Big Room with a lot of space - Very good communication via WhatsApp (even with videos) - very kind and professional woman which is serving breakfast in the morning Let me summarize the points were we see more potential for this room: General: - No light in the hallway of the room (just a small one when you enter the room) - No trash can in the room (just a small one in the bathroom) - Stairs to this room were dirty Bathroom: - Second door of the shower was missing (what means after showering the bathroom is wet) - No holder for the shower spray in the shower - Smelly drain in bathroom - Neon-light in the bathroom (I guess there would be better options for this cool bathroom) - Too small sink which makes face washing impossible - Why is a chair in the bathroom? Overall: - The high price is not appropriate for this room

Very good

It was beautifully presented, accessible to everywhere you needed to go in Portimao. The room we stayed in was spacious and really well kept, the verander windows on looking the ocean made it incredible. There was a strange smell in our bathroom at all times like bad drainage. The pool had a lot of debri from the trees which was unfortunate.
