Quick check in pleasant staff. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

The room was pretty clean. I stayed there in June 2026. The staff was excellent best part of the experience. I did notice that there was no soap and I was running late so that was a little bit hectic but other than that is an excellent place to stay.
-
A decent hotel to stay at close to the airport. Security is very good here so I appreciated that.
-
This is a scary location. Homeless everywhere, airing their arguments out in the streets, outside our room window. Wouldn't stay here again. It's old and shows everywhere.
-
Very nice accommodations for extremely fair price. Pool way too COLD! Hot tub way too HOT! Plz fix!!!
-
I couldn't figure out the blackout curtains. Maybe add a safe? Otherwise it was perfect

Airport pick up was slow but there was an accident on the highway used to get to the airport. Once we got to the hotel, it was fine. A room key is needed to enter the lobby of the hotel and all doors, otherwise they can release the lock on the door through a buzzer.

Convenient location near airport.

The hotel is at a busy intersection and some of the rooms facing the 205 freeway may hear traffic noise, pool and hot tub were nice and hot breakfast was very good. There is a lot of homeless people wondering around the area and cutting through the parking lot but the hotel itself felt safe and clean. It’s located near the airport and the crossing to Washington state on the 205 freeway. We went to Mt Hood and it is conveniently located for that. Other than the Elmers restaurant across the parking lot not much for near by dining

Even though this hotel is somewhat out dated it still was a comfortable place to stay. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety as well.

The pool was lovely. We liked walking to the Columbia River on a trail. A little sketchy the trail was but the check in attendant did tell us that. Breakfast is standard continental.

I was not wowed. The entrance lobby looked great, landscaping pretty, design was excellent. First turn-off was trash in the entryway near our room we were told to use. It’s what I expect from a Motel 6 multi-week rental, not from Best Western. They did clean it up after I mentioned it, but it was a negative first impression. Second turn-off was torn carpet in our room, along with some shiny material on the carpet that looked like what slugs leave behind. We didn’t see any critters, and I sure wasn’t going to touch it to see what it was, but I noticed as soon as I put my luggage down. We had a perfectly good night’s sleep, a nice hot shower, a fun swim and hot tub, and the breakfast was an excellent hot meal, so perhaps I shouldn’t be so critical. But I’ve always gotten more from Best Western, so I was disappointed.

Breakfast was good, hotel was nice. Area around hotel was bad, lots of homeless

I only stayed one night and chose hotel for convenience and shuttle to airport. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the room was cool. I had to take a 4 am shuttle for my flight and had no issues then or the day arrived with shuttle service. I would stay again if in the area.
-
Overall good experience. There was some minor confusion about the scheduled shuttle to the airport but it worked out.
-
Robin @ desk was helpful moving us to a new room, Jay was extremely responsive when we requested a shuttle to the airport.
-
Staff was friendly
-
Clean room nice airport shuttle. Not in the best area of town.
-
Breakfast was good, room and bed comfortable. The location was unfortunate. There is a railroad running near the hotel, and freight trains pass in the night sounding their horns. In the UK, trains are not allowed to make such a racket in the early hours!
-
Everything was sufficient and comfortable. The pool area was large and fun.
