Place is easy to reach and staff are friendly and they take care of their guests. Staff is also visible to their guests. The pace is safe and secured. They don't have enough space for packing inside the yard

I didn't like anything, I LOVED & LOVE EVERYTHING About J F T. This place isn't just a Guess house or B&B, this is a 2nd Home, away from Home Well there's nothing to Dislike about this place, otherwise whoever has something they dislike about this place, then the conclusion would be that he\she was or is the problem.

I honestly had such a lovely stay at JFT Self-Catering Units. The place was super clean, peaceful, and had everything I needed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming — they really made me feel at home. I also appreciated their kindness and understanding, it’s not something you find everywhere these days. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in East London! Nothing really to complain about — everything was great from start to finish.

The area is clean The whole facility is a sharing facility (you share kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet with other people as if you in a residential rental units or student accommodation. No privacy. With small showers very small. Bedroom and beds were great. The worst part we were allocated in a unit with group of males, they were smoking inside the lounge and we non smokers, showers were full of their bath towels or essentials. The worst experience ever. It would be better if we were allocated in the same unit with family group because we were a family or non smokers

I did not get the bed I booked. The Bathrooms are shared which is terrible imagine being in the same bathroom as a man.
