-
Staff is so kind and helpful, the hotel is very clean and pretty
-
Love this property. Perfect location for being in Portland,
-
The property was out of shower gel? We asked three times for soap, and only on the final time were small hand soap provided. The communication from front desk was unclear and inconsistent.
-
Very comfortable hotel. Staff was amazing.

Great room
-
Lovely room with nice downtown lights view. Loved the original Portland art prints - very well curated collection with artwork labels to tell a bit about the work and artist. V helpful staff, delicious breakfast downstairs. Well located on some charming and safe blocks of Downtown Portland.
-
restaurant and bar were not adequately staffed
-
Great location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Very clean hotel and very friendly staff
-
Great hot water pressure
-
Beautiful room and view. Well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect for all things downtown. The front desk and valet are friendly and helpful.
-
Had a wonderful stay until housekeeping stole a dress that I was meant to wear to a wedding. Staff has been unresponsive to the issue.
-
Place is nice. Staff was fine but undermanned and check-in took 30 minutes. They need to improve logistics of checking people in.
-
My only recommendation is they push the time for there complimentary coffee in the morning to 9am.

I really liked the room with its clean and comfortable beds with firm mattresses and pillows. The bathroom had an excellent shower with great water pressure. The room had a mini fridge with safe. The flat screen TV was good size for viewing and place perfectly in the middle of the bedroom. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and give it 5/5 stars!

We had a great stay! Stayed for three nights; great location, great staff. We were able to get an early check-in, they held our bags as well on our last day as we had a later flight. Would stay here again!

Our room for 2 was quite spacious and offered the amenities we expected. Staying only one night, staff adequately answered our questions about local dining fare, near/y resources, and specialty food in the are. We did eat breakfast in hotel the morning of our departure, which was just ok, at best. It was a Saturday morning and the service staff needed additional staff than what was provided.
-
Staff was exceptional. Room needed a good cleaning in bathroom. Shower needed grout cleaned and back of door was not clean by handle

The room was very nice and clean, with espresso pods and a comfortable bed. Skip the restaurant though. The charcuterie board is not like the ones that have become popular in the USA and the meat selections are terrible. One tastes like spam and the salmon is just tiny bits of smoked salmon mixed with cream cheese. The rigatoni was ok but not for what I paid. Waitstaff was very shorthanded. Upon arrival, the valet told me it would take 5 minutes to have my car delivered and it took 15, which made me late. This was at 5 am, which was not a busy time. The man at the desk argued with me about what he thought the valet said even though he wasn't there. The valet getting the car was nice and apologetic. The check-in staff were courteous and pleasant.

Check in was very slow. A customer who wanted to argue about her room price—and was already checked in—haggled for the same time it took 3 groups to check in. Staff should have asked her to return later instead of holding up check in for everyone else. I requested a fan at check in. 5 hours later, I had to go request it again and the agent did not apologize for forgetting to request it until I expressed my frustration. 2 light bulbs were burned out in the bathroom which was already pretty dark. Like another Portland hotel I stayed in, there is no hand soap—it’s your choice between the shower gel and the make up soap bar. I could hear entire conversations through the suite door between my room and the adjoining room.
