Dossier Hotel

We came for a girls weekend and had a great stay here. The staff were welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were good sized, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable showers. Location is perfect for exploring Portland shopping, markets, museum, and events in the parks. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

One of our favorite hotels in PDX. Close to everything. Nice accommodation, quiet and relaxing. Recommended.

Room was just fine, a couple of minor issues but location was good

I like it. Its easy access convenience, except hard to find parking. Validate parking is 60 per night. Base on the side of your vehicle.

My parents actually stayed there and they said it was great and would go there again. My mom is really picky and a clean freak so I'm guessing it was spotless.

The staff is fantastic!

Drove 5 hours to Portland to be told after getting there all three of their parking garages where full and they couldn’t vale my car. Before my stay I confirmed my reservation looked into parking and hotel information and I didn’t expect this. Huge inconvenience stressed me out and got little sleep before driving to San Francisco that morning. I ended up moving hotels and it costed me a lot more for booking last minute.

Superb

The checkin-out was easy, the staff helpful and the room was clean and had everything. We enjoyed the nespresso coffee in the room. We only stayed one night so we did not use the gym so I cannot comment.

Great for a solo traveler. Perfectly located in downtown. The restaurant was delicious. Loved the hotel.

Exceptional

towels were frayed, ceiling peeling in the bathroom, mold growing in the corners, furniture chipped, Staff is well meaning but poorly trained - looked a little down trodden. Room was big and included both a shower and separate tub which was very nice. Bed decent Gym was excellent though the towel recycle overflowing and mats starting to decompose. Excellent downtown location. Hotel restaurant felt unwelcoming and drinks were on the expensive end. We used the woodlark across the street for breakfast and coffee and evening drinks as it is a more pleasant space in which to spend time. there are SO many boutique hotels in Portland from which to choose…this one is just sort of sad. Will not return.

The room didn’t come with the VIP amenities Expedia offered, and that kinda sucked, too.

The staff were very accommodating. The shower was not very clean. The AC blew cold air all night near the bed; although I turned the AC thermostat switch to off. Having to deal with cold air blowing all night can cause someone to exhibit cold-like symptoms or exacerbate sinus symptoms.
