We had a lovely upgraded room on the top floor with wonderful views. The bed is comfortable and the room has all amenities you would expect. There is a happy hour where a couple beers are offered from 5pm to 6pm, which is a nice touch. The hotel could not be in a better location for walkability.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel is very conveniently located.

Such a cute place to stay. Loved the art pieces, the complementary beer, the free pinball and cozy atmosphere. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Would stay again!

This is the perfect downtown spot. It's beautiful.

Such a comfortable king bed. Conveniently located (walked to get Thai takeout at thai peacock), and was able to street park after 7 pm and before 8 am at no cost. Nespresso was a great touch. TV remote could use a good deep clean though. Will stay here again if I am ever in Portland.

Very cool hotel. I mean an arcade? And free? Yes this place is cool and affordable

Amazing place to stay at.

The room was clean, the staff was kind and welcoming and though no complimentary breakfast is provided, there are refreshments (coffee and tea in the morning, tea and water in the evening) provided at all times. A $75.00 incidentals fee is charged additionally, which is not shown in the original hotels.com price, so make sure to take that into consideration. Parking is a bit steep ($60 overnight) but there are plenty of parking garages nearby as alternatives. Location is ideal and overall we had a pleasant experience.

Too much smelly perfumes in lobby being used. Love this hotel otherwise!

Centrally located and clean room.

Location was a great choice, beds were heavenly rooms quiet, slept better than I had in a long time!
-
Need more staffing! It was difficult to get assistance in a timely manner

Only stayed one night. Great hotel, great location. Rooms are smaller but very well designed. Plenty of surface area and chargers. Only issues were that water wasn't included and I thought the charging for late checkout, early check in was a little nickle and dime-ing. Staff was excellent and super helpful. Would stay again.

Great spot in the heart of Portland - walking distance from the waterfront and very easy to navigate the city with public transit. The art throughout the hotel was fun to explore, coffee each morning and a free beer happy hour each afternoon made for a great add. Staff was great! We got the “deluxe” room, and it was small, but good for what my husband and I needed…bathroom space was incredibly tight though! I imagine it would be difficult for average to larger than average people to use (I’m petite and I felt very limited on space in the restroom). Other than the tight quarters, we loved the stay!
