I had a great experience and the staff were very helpful

The problem fell once we noticed the cleanliness of the hotel. We asked multiple time to get our room turned over and for hours we left and came back nothing was done. We asked again and left again for hours and upon returning to our room they had thrown towels and coffee onto our beds. No trash was dumped and all the old used towels were left on the floor not picked up making our room smell wet and moldy. Also they have water and tea in the lobby that is served with “ clean “ glasses that are disgusting. So many lipstick and lip stains. I was so disappointed in just how many glasses were just not clean! Staff was great, coffee station was great but I doubt I will ever stay here again.

The location was good. The parking garage across the street was easy access. Clean hotel. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner, it was the tiniest little bathroom ever especially for three of us to share barely enough room for one person to stand in. Overall good experience. The staff was friendly and the aesthetic was great. Quiet hotel!!!! Enjoyed the happy hour and arcade games.

the rooms are a TAD dated but they work hard to make them cool with a radio and nice lamps and comfortable chairs. Great game space next to the elevators with fun decorations. Welcoming lobby with good seating and nice art. Some sofas were ripping and need replaced. Wonderful photographs through the hotel. I’ve stayed here many times and its the staff that keeps me coming back…

The hotel itself was very nice and the free cocktail hour was fun. Great helpful staff, but the rooms are tiny and the bathroom ridiculously small. The rooms are outdated and not as clean as they should be.

The room was clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only good thing about this hotel. Don't use the valet service. They scratched our car and gave us the run around. We were charged a "resort" fee - give me a break - this place is no resort. It is just a place to sleep. No spa, No pool, No bar, No food. The location is terrible. This part of the city is dirty and no one should park on the street- that's why they have valet service - which, again, is terrible.

We had a very pleasant stay and overall everything was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and the service was good. The only issue was at breakfast — the egg bites were not clearly labelled, so I accidentally chose a bacon egg bite thinking it was a regular one. It would be helpful if the different egg bites were clearly named, especially for guests who have dietary or religious preferences. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!
