Over all good

Staff was very helpful
-
The staff was less than greeting and looked like they were waiting to go the latest riot. I would expect a professional looking and greeting staff when I walk through the door where the bellman/valet greets me at the front door and informs me about checking in and parking.

Good value in great central business district location

The idea that there is a lounge is laughable. It was attached to the hotel but operated outside of hotel management. Open at times no regularity. Had to walk two blocks to find a sports bar in the middle of World Cup. Surprise no seats while I waited an hour and one half for my room to be cleaned and I had arrived after 3:00. Staff was congenial and helpful bu hotel is so so. Neighborhood is a little dicey. Never saw the breakfast but to be honest I didn’t look as I was so unimpressed I just skipped breakfast as I went out every morning for coffee and a pastry. The two days I tried to get coffee downstairs in the thermoses they were both empty. I quit trying. Still this hotel is adequate but not if you want a bar and restaurant. My room was not cleaned positively not vacuumed eve after waiting 1.5 hours for it to be cleaned on the first day. Not staying here again going back to more expensive hotel PARAMOUNT. MUCH NICER FACILITIES AND AMENITIES. JUST A LOT MORE $$$$s. I’ll pay them next time.

The staff was attentive and a great place to stay for convenience as well as cleanliness...

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was large and luminous. Beds were comfortable. The location is perfect for walking everywhere downtown, to the museum or to the Pearl District, etc.

Great value downtown

Very friendly staff and always treat me so well!!

I enjoyed the location. The room was not as clean as displayed in photos. The check in staff could have been a little bit more kind, she was not rude but she also didn’t seem to want to be there. Upon going to the elevator, there was ranch on the floor and splattered on the walls. The towels had someone else’s hair on it and the carpets weren’t super clean. I guess for the price and location it’s okay. I would not rebook in the future.

The off street valet parking was convenient and valets were great and so friendly! All the staff were extraordinary. Unfortunately the down town area was rough and a little intimidating (not the hotels issue) but the hotel was safe and very welcoming. They went out of their way to facilitate our son's medical needs and provided an immaculate room for our stay for treatment at OHSU. Portland streets are pretty rough for family visit.

The rooms were both large and nicely appointed with pillow top mattresses and lovely bedding. Our disabled bathroom was the nicest we have ever found.
-
I’m t was clean and nice The room was hot and the engineer was gone so no one could fix it nor did they offer any solutions. I think the person truly didn’t know what to do. The parking wasn’t made clear on the booking website You pay an additional $56 to park your car for the night.
