my room is supposed non smoking but previous guest smoked there. I requested to change room but he simply refused and no explanation. the service is terrible, I will never stay there again

Room smelled like cigarette butts. New paint was obvious but the cigarette smell still permeates the carpet and curtains.

I booked his place because reviews said it was clean. To be fair I think it was clean but the room smelled so bad like a wet dog. It didn’t feel clean. All of the furniture was beat up pretty bad. For the price it was an ok place and the front desk guy was great

Not the best but also not the worst. It was clean mostly but the tv and remote were not working too well. I was just tired just needed a place to crash with a shower for a decent price and it worked.

The staff was amazingly helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The beds and bed covers plus blankets were wonderful. The room heating controls provided a comfortable temperature. And the bathroom towels were positively luxurious. At initial booking the stated room rate was quite high, but we accepted it because of location - proximity to the Kaiser Hospital. Upon check-in, the room rate was much lower and more in line with our expectations. There is street noise all night long because of the public transit train. There are very few restaurant options nearby. However, we drove several blocks north and found a New Seasons grocery store where we purchased excellent prepared, ready to eat food for purchase.

Location location location I enjoyed my time there's nothing I didn't like.

The proximity to the medical facilities I was visiting for. There was no hot water. Let it run for 10 min and it was very barely lukewarm. Heat in room was slow to warm up but once warm was hard to regulate at a comfortable level.

Couldn't check in, nobody in the office. Rang bell for 30 minutes, honked horn, called phone-no answ

It was cheap There was dried cum EVERYWHERE, and also a boot print and dark splatter on the CEILING

The staff was so great! We were running a little late and rooms were getting booked up. The staff kindly called us and confirmed the type of room we wanted so that it wouldn't get taken. Everyone was friendly and helpful when we requested additional blankets. The inn is walking distance from EEM Thai which was highly recommended to us! Room was clean. Plenty of parking space for our big car. Only downside was some of our neighbors were loud and the walls didn't block out the noise.
