There was a breakfast in did not know that. The location was fine, close to the max. The t.v. could use some work.

This was the worst motel I have stayed in. Be careful of the bathroom.
-
The room smelled like urine. The floor hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The bed sheets were dirty. Walls dirty. Just gross. To top it all off, there was a clogged toilet with poop in it upon arrival. We immediately left and stayed elsewhere.

So filthy and dirty my daughter wouldn’t even get into the bed

The staff are very nice offering great conversation and hospitality.

Many broken down things. No curtains on bathroom window and glass is not frosted. Burned down van innm the parking lot.

Location to where I was for an event I was in town to attend. The room was acceptably clean. It was barely adequate for the 2 nights I stayed there. Bare bones room, i.e., no hangers on the rack, no blanket on bed, just a very thin bedspread (with a hole in it). Heating unit was not very effective. There wasn't any drinking cups in the bathroom, had to request it. Sitting chair was broken, unusable. Noisy - woken up at 4 am: 1st night was a crying, barking puppy (no pets allowed?); 2nd night a very loud neighbor, again at 4 am! Very shabby property.

The room was reasonably clean but shabby with discolored carpeting and no blankets for the bed. My wife got cold at night. Bathroom was nicest part of room as remodeled more recently than elsewhere. Dodgy clientele near us with some late night arguments and door banging.

Nice for a quick stay, thats about it.

Astonishingly bad property. Cigarette holes in the blankets. Stains in the sheets. No mattress cover. And the creme de la creme... A burnt out van with a flat tire and smashed windows in the parking lot that someone was living out of. I have a photo. It was unbelievable.

The hotel is old and funky from the outside. My expectations are relatively low for the price, as long as it's clean and I can sleep comfortably. The room I received was not ideal. The bed looked made but not recently changed. The lampshades were broken. The mini-fridge had wet brown stains in it. The telephone to the front desk was grimey and didn't work. There was a stain on the bathroom door. When I looked in the bathroom, the toilet was full of poop. There were stained towels around the floor on the toilet, and trash around the sink. I was disgusted and appalled. They did put me in a cleaner-looking room. The blankets were thin. It smelled old and musty. There were small stains here and there. But I could not get over that first impression; why would not clean the prior lodger's filth immediately instead of leaving the bacteria to multiply? I slept in my clothes and on a blanket I just happened to have in my car. I never let my feet touch the ground. I woke up earlier than I typically would to get out as quickly as possible the next morning.

All linens and towels were stained. Bathrooms had black mold. Beds had bugs (not bed bugs in our booking). Beds didn’t come with blankets. Constant screaming and cigarette smells in the rooms

It was okay to take the train but i didn't to expect to pay an extra charge.

Very good

Shady staff. Refused to give receipt and charge extra for people in room apparently 2 to a room and 2 beds is still an extra charge. Avoid at all cost. Expedia you should end your relationship with the palms , they are terrible.
