Very uncomfortable place. One of the exits lead outside to a fenced courtyard with a locked gate and the door to the hotel locked upon swinging closed. I had to climb over the fence to get out. Dirt in the hallways.
-
The place is a hooker motel. Cigar-smoking pimps letting women dressed only in lingerie into the hotel. One of the two exit doors dumps you into a walled-off patio from which you can’t escape. The pass key won’t work for reentry. I had to climb through a window, which apparently is left open because this happens a lot. Grounds strewn with trash and crawling with degenerates. Staff surly and hiding behind security barrier. Alley behind building thick with very large rats.

The room had a comfortable bed and a nice headboard, but that’s where the positives ended. No hangers, the double lock didn’t work, and the heavy room doors slam loudly every time someone enters or leaves. The parking lot felt sketchy. The TV didn’t work until maintenance came to fix it. I’d already seen reviews about delayed deposit refunds (7–10 days), so I contacted Hotels.com. They escalated it and called the hotel, but the property still wouldn’t provide any written confirmation. Only after that call did my deposit finally post the next day. Overall: you get what you pay for, but the locked lobby, lack of transparency, and deposit issues make this a place I wouldn’t choose again.

Good place to stay.

The worst part is driving into a gated hotel where the gate is broken and they never fixed it. So it’s not gated. Also walking up to a glass window to check in with tons of cameras and a big screen behind her showing all the cameras. Gulp this is super sketchy and red flag.🚩 The lady herself wasn’t so friendly and she didn’t even greet me. I’ve stayed at so gross places but people are generally friendly and they provide service. I showered and took all my stuff inside with me from traveling.👀 Then got a message of a friend in the same area and they told me to come stay with them. So I left after my shower and packed all my stuff up and checked out. Also no elevator and the staircase is so smoky full of smells of cigarettes and other things. If you have to stay here just be very cautious it’s not a place I feel comfortable staying at again. ✌

The lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. The room was kinda dingy and dirty
-
Nothing. This place was so awful and unsafe that when I got there, I didn’t stay. They refused to refund me a took $60 cash from me.
-
The place was terribly worse we could not even stay there, we left and our money was lost cause they would refund your money. Avoid Avoid Avoid that place please.
-
Nothing Filthy rooms, broken counters, mirrors, toilet seats. Dirty sheets. No screen on windows second floor. Trash thrown in bushes outside of rooms. Disgusting
-
Do not recommend. Just not up to snuff, room smelled like cigarettes...kind of unpleasant.
-
Not recommended for families! I highly recommend! Staff was very nice!

Bad

It was available and it was inexpensive. Felt dirty even when there was no presence of filth. Parking lot wasn’t clean and it just felt dirty. The exit at the back of the building only exited to a locked patio area. Desk Attendant was notnot pleasant nor was she helpful offering information. Towels had stains on them.

nothing. except MAYBE their much needed room decor upgrades. everything else is still the same old “Evergreen” everyone has grown to hate. The customer service was TERRIFIC. i was told, VERBATIM , “Are you fucking crazy” when asking the total after 3 different people with me received a different answer to a total from the front desk, with or without booking info. & then also told to “get the FUCK off the property” when my phone could not be used for tap to pay as it died and as i was attempting to provide the invoice for already paying. she said i “clearly did not have the money to pay” and was trying to get one over on her, which i am understanding of the shit they deal with there , but i don’t appreciate how i was publicly humiliated or spoken to, which under 5 minutes later it was confirmed the room was INDEED PAID from my account, yet she still demanded i leave without refund. i promise im not some crazy, trash-ass, hotel customer, & i understand the customer base there may be a bit rougher, requiring certain levels of sternness & abrasiveness. but i do not feel it was warranted toward me.
