Cheap motel. No frills and a bit shabby, there aren't a lot of decently-priced acceptable options for a solo traveller in Portland these days. So you could do worse. But upset that the site says check-out is at 11am, yet they called me a few minutes before 10, warning me checkout was 10. Just letting you know what you can expect at this price point in Portland these days.

Had what I needed but bare bones. Quiet, safe, but dirty

It was the most affordable option It was absolutely vile. It was filthy. It looked like it had never been cleaned. Every wall had smears and foreign substances on them, the floors were also smeared with mysterious gunk and covered in human hair. The bathroom had what looked like feces smeared on the wall, and there were dirty underwear in the cabinet. Shower curtain also has brown smears in multiple places. The air conditioner filter was so filthy that it was opaque. I don't know that it has ever been cleaned. The only chair in the room was also broken, with the seat completely detached from the frame. There were cigarette burns and human hair in the bedding. The toilet bowl had splatters of what looked like feces in it. This was the most disgusting place I have ever been in my life. I had to talk with the manager about it because it was uninhabitable. He proceeded to offer us a different room that was equally disgusting and had very visible mysterious smears everywhere and the toilet seat was broken off. I would not recommend that anyone stay here. If I were not in an emergency situation with a family member in the hospital, and had more experience with traveling in Portland, I would have left immediately. It was a horrendous experience.

Hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. Upon entering the room, it smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, and the blanket had visible burn marks in multiple places. When I brought this up, the host claimed there was no smell and offered to spray men’s cologne to cover it up instead of resolving the issue. The room itself was in terrible shape—dirty walls desperately needing renovation and paint. There wasn't even basic furniture: no chair, no dresser, and the telephone was sitting directly on the floor with nowhere to place my belongings. To top it off, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Even though the host was polite in tone, I felt so uncomfortable that I asked for a refund and refused to stay. My refund request was denied. I walked out and left anyway. Do not even think about staying here!

I can't really say I liked anything about my stay. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a motel. The room was dirty including the sheets. It felt like the bed was just remade after the last guest. I used my own wipes to clean the surfaces and I bought a body spray for the pillows and sheets because they smelled like the outdoors and like dogs. I showed my pictures to the owner and asked him for a refund but he declined.

It was a comfortable area, food court right across the street. The working AC was a life saver in the mid summer heat. There were some dirty spots on the floor when we checked in, but the rest of the room was pretty clean. Also the shower temperature would just randomly change on its own from hot to cold.

I sought out and I located a conveniently close-by place to sleep: clean, convenient and cheap.

free parking close to airport The non-smoking room had a smoke smell. There was no iron and ironing board in the whole motel. The sink looked dirty and the faucet is hard to pull on.

I had very good water pressure at 6am to 7am. The whole entire room was dirty and needed to be wiped down. The owner was nice, but everyone said that we should have left. There was a really gross residue and smell. It completely got worse as time went on.
