Comfort Suites Portland Airport

EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOSPITALITY WAS GREAT; THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE, WAS THE OTHER GUESTS, PARTICULARLY AT BREAKFAST....WEIRD, LOUD, OVER-OPINIONATED PEOPLE.. I'D SAY THAT IF YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT ABOUT THE BREAKFAST HERE, THEN THIS PLACE IS WHAT IT IS! NOT BAD AT ALL!...THX

The pillows were very comfortable to me. I liked that there was a shelf for towels so there was room to hang used ones on the rods. Also appreciated having tissue paper in the room and a coffee maker even thought there was coffee in the lobby at all times. The staff were very respectful - they called a second person rather than making you wait.

I'm not a fan of the breakfast though.

The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of parking. The free breakfast had two waffle makers plus biscuit and gravy along with eggs and bacon. The rush hour traffic can back up on the streets. Take/turn a block ahead and drive into the parking lot of Sideline restaurant and go round the parking lot to get to the hotel parking lot. I would give 5 stars if the water pressure of the shower was a little stronger.

Great Customer Service and breakfast had numerous options

I love that it was clean, comfortable, close to the airport, the price with the military discount was great , the staff were nice and helpful. We got to do a late check out and relax before we headed home! I enjoyed it

Great clean rooms. Close to the airport and affordable. The staff was so helpful on our way in and out of Portland. Perfect stop for our family on the way in and out of Portland.

The shuttle service to/from the airport was much-appreciated.

The room was clean-ish, but there was mold in the shower and the hallway was filthy. The room smelled TERRIBLE, like there was either a skunk outside or someone had smoked ALL of the weed in the room. It was awful and running the AC/air made it even worse. We were “upgraded” from our King bed room to a room with 2 Queen beds, which was ridiculous, because I paid for a King bed room, but since our flight had been delayed and we didn’t arrive until 1am, so we gave up and just we to bed. It would have been nice to have had the King bed that I paid for because we had a horrible sleep in that tiny Queen bed.

Great property, in a great location. I was traveling alone, and felt very safe

I chose this hotel based on the ratings but it doesn't deserve a 10 i would give it a five at the most.
