The location was a bit noisy, outside and inside. The walls were thin.

The staff was friendly. My son's room had too many spiders. I would not have stayed in his room. The first thing he did was walk through a spider web on his way into the bathroom. During the rest of our overnight stay he found 4 more spiders in his room. I realize you can't avoid them all but this seemed too much.

Comfy clean room, location to airport and shuttle service option. No coffee or water available in the lobby

When we were leaving, I was parked directly across from the front doors in a parking space. I could not pull out because there was a car parked in between the large stone posts in front of the front doors. I went inside and asked if they knew who owned the car because I could not back out and the front desk clerk said it was her car. She parks there so she does not have to walk. There were plenty of parking spaces within feet of where she was parked. She said, "I have never had a guest complain and I park there all the time." "I said Well unfortunately, there is a wide vehicle next to me and I cannot cut my wheels any tighter to get out. That is not a parking space." She said "I park there all the time and no one complains." she then proceeded to back up just enough for me to back out and when I pulled forward, she went right back into the same spot. If you cannot walk an extra three feet, maybe you need a handicapped placard, but employees should not be making up parking spaces simply because they don't want to walk an extra three feet.

This hotel was clean and comfortable! Easy drive from the airport after a long flight!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and the front desk was very pleasant. Will be back again.

Clean, convenient, comfortable place to stay. Nothing wowed me but no complaints either. Sidelines restaurant down the street was a quick walk and great food/drinks.

Perfect for our one night stay.

Our sweet front desk clerk gave up her parking space for us 10:30 at night due to lack of parking. An RV plus red cones blocked all the parking in the back. The side lot was roped off for use of big rigs, we were told. If your hotel lets guests leave vehicle when they fly out of PDX, then keeping up on available parking spaces is needed. Thans
