The staff was amazing! Specifically Holly and Danielle. The hotel was super clean, the rooms are large and the breakfast was good. Our dinner at Jawfish was the best food we had while in Portland. The experience 10/10

There was a dead bug on the end table next to the kitchenette counter and our shower water was not hot at all it was barely warm and when we called front desk and asked about it they said there's nothing they could do about it.

Construction. Having a room against the stairs with not one but two doors that slammed constantly. The disgusting stairwell and the gross room. The manager walked with me and saw the problems.

I like staying here is cozy and comfortable and they have 24hrs security Ice makers not working but I'm sure they will fix

The price No one warned us that there was so much construction and that the rooms were run down and a dirty looking. Additionally the website had a different expectation of pets than reality.
