Marvelous location with a wonderful view over the bay. Room was OK for our family. Fridge included in the room Self Service Breakfast is included. There is fruit, milk and eggs but otherwise everything is “packaged” and not very good. With such a wonderful location, breakfast deserved an upgrade. Would be nice that the communal kitchen could be used throughout the day (cleaning at our responsibility would be ok).

Very bad experience. The owner messaged me two days before saying that she didn’t have room anymore but that she could get me another apartment very far away from the spot. I said that I have already paid for everything. Finally she said that everything was sorted. I wasn’t able to communicate with her by any other way that through email, and I wasn’t even sure that I was going to be able to sleep there until I arrived. When I got there she wasn’t there to receive us, I waited for 15minutes until she spoke through a speaker hidden in the bushes. She didn’t even try to speak slowly in Italian. The room was ok, the bed was two single beds out together with very thin and uncomfortable mattresses. We needed a fridge and there was one that wasn’t working and you couldn’t te en open its door because it didn’t fit the place were it was. The breakfast was self service, with no clear instructions on what we could or couldn’t do. The outside facilites are NOT as in the pictures. Don’t book this place. There is no love in it at all, no passion for hospitality.

Neat and spacious Location was not easy to reach

The view is very nice but only available during breakfast unless you get the only one room that is that direction. The beds are awful, the property was not that clean and it feels as huge cash grab from the owner who also got VERY aggressive when we politely mentioned we are not happy with the conditions. Thankfully, Booking customer service stepped in. For the cost per night they surely can afford and should provide decent mattresses, a full shower curtain (it looks like the cut one in three), more than one toilet paper per day and a real shampoo that is good for both hair and body. In addition, the room was very damp making everything much worse and the WIFI is simply not working. Location is not good, the road has lots of turns that get you nauseous fast and you have to travel for everything you need.
