Very good location, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Staff was very polite and helpful. Nice pool and surroundings. Beds are below average, they really need upgrade together with pillows. Shower has only top head no shower handle (hard for ladies to wash the hair, etc.). Safe is one of the trickiest to use, even staff had issues to set it up.

Very clean and well maintained. The pool was excellent. The location to restaurants within walking distance & the marina was convenient. Breakfast was very average. We asked if we could just have coffee in the am the answer was no…. Only complete breakfast unless we wanted to wait until 10 am for the bar to open. They charge 10 euros for 2 towels to use at the pool. Bed & pillows were very hard & uncomfortable. Felt more like a Motel 6 w a decent pool.

The place is really great with spectacular views! We wanted to enjoy the facilities especially the pool but the weather was not nice! We loved the drive in the golf buggy to our room. The breakfast was fantastic. Mosquito bites :/ The place has well taken care off lawns and trees but room was full of mosquitos and other tiny insects. We asked staff to give us some repellant and they said the room was sprayed but unfortunately it didn't work. Got lots of mosquito bites during the night. Otherwise place was fantastic! The staff at breakfast can be bit more cheerful!

Nice views from the rooms. Room was clean The guy driving the golf cart was really helpful and nice. We didn’t get any information during check in regarding the hotel or area We tried to get dinner at 8:30 and the kitchen was closed

The hotel was very quiet, as it was out-of-season. The Rolex Swan Cup was taking place while we were there, which made eating in the local restaurants very convivial. It was a great place from which to explore the north-east, including Olbia. We were charged for beach towels, which we got free (or with a returnable deposit) in other hotels.

The pools and staff was the best!!! The whole room was really cold during night. And the level of humidity was absurd.

Clean and great location. Fantastic pool setup. Decent continental breakfast with good range of food, but not good cooked choices. Great staff who helped book restaurants and were always friendly. Daily room service. Rooms have fridge and safe and good aircon. Walkable local beach - get there early. Beds were hard/over firm. Poor water pressure at peak times. Poor restaurant/bar menu for lunch and dinner and overpriced. Parking spaces challenging at peak times. Some reviews say it’s dated, but we found it typical rustic Italian - just perspective I guess.

Beautiful grounds. Pool area was very large, never felt crowded when we were there (not that we were there often). Room was spacious. Beds were uncomfortable and rooms are very basic. Telephone in the room didn’t work, when I spoke with staff about - they responded as if they knew already.

The bed is not comfortable, you can hear people at next cabin
