Colonna Park Hotel

Nice pool area, large and clean rooms. Good selection at the breakfast buffet. Town center and beach are a little far away (and it is quite steep). The hotel does offer a shuttle service, but it is better to have a car for flexibility.

The hotel is in a great location and the courtesy bus to the beach is a great bonus. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms.

Staff is very friendly and nice. Location is good and close to the main places. Breakfast can be improved, it is too basic, not enough variety and quality of the food is not good. We asked for an omelette and fried eggs, both a disaster. The hotel is quite old and needs some work. The rug in the main corridor is quite dirty and it should be replaced. The cleaning lady start making noise at 9am, cleaning around sometimes with music. Hotel is noisy and you can hear absolutely everything is happening in the next rooms and corridor. Pool is not deep enough. Overall need improvement.

Spacious rooms, balcony that was over looking the pool, convenient location, quiet with well maintained pool area and helpful staff. Breakfast was abundant but not outstanding. Shuttle to beach and town could have run more frequently.

It was close to where we wanted to be, great pool and staff were helpful We had 2 rooms as we stated with our girls, our room had a bad smell about it, think it was aircon but couldn’t tell, a bit off putting.

Best location and price & value Location and calmness

The front desk staff were nice. Annalissa was very helpful. This hotel has so much potential but it is run down, shabby and stains all over the furniture. The curtains were barely hanging on, and the walls needed painting. The beds are rock hard with 1 thin sheet. I had 2 sleepless nights.

Breakfast EVERYTHING!! Housekeeping tried to open our suitcases and steal from us. When we told the manager he was unhelpful and asked about US politics instead which has nothing to do with an attempted theft. As a solo female traveler I felt very unsafe in the hotel with how they reacted to the attempted theft and they make you leave your key at front desk. The photos don’t match the photos on Booking.com. The facilities were very dumpy and the staff was unhelpful.

Very nice , clean with great staff. Location was great for exploring Costa Smeralda . Hotel nice and small with sunbeds always available by the pool Hot breakfast could have been better. Mostly barely warm

Pleasant

Great location for some peace and quiet and a great pool. Fantastic restaurant and bar, with extremely friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Nothing I didn’t like. However, note to other visitors that in Sardinia hotels do not use the standard European round electrical plugs, but a straight three pin plug. Fortunately the hotel staff had some spare converter plugs, which was very much appreciated.
