This was the second time I went here, everything is so good, the place is very clean and very nice. The garden is beautiful. Mrs Niccia is a lovely person who takes care of her clients m, always asking kindly star o what to eat for morning the day before and when I arrived. The breakfast has plenty of option food, even it’s not a continental breakfast. I will be back there again for sure! Nothing

Well-maintained and well-equipped place (apart from the kitchen, which is really only notional). Located within reach to all key points in costa smeralda, but a car is a must. We very much appreciated flexibility for check-in and check-out since our flights were at insane hours, thank you! The breakfast is tastefully set on a terrace with a lovely view, though the food options are quite limited. There is daily cleaning service and regular change of the towels, bedding, etc. There is a bit of a smell inside, and it's not easy to ventilate out since there's no mosquito nets on the window and the door. Basic cutlery, if not a stove, in the kitchen would be handy. The mattress on the bed is a bit tired, but you can still get a good night sleep.

Our home was so spacious, had a nice desk, kitchen and a nice bathroom plus outdoor shower. The garden was so beautiful. The host was very helpful and the breakfast was great!
