The room was quite dark; there was no drinking water and no electric kettle. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. I requested an official receipt, but they issued five receipts, all of which contained incorrect information, and then refused to correct them. I stayed at four hotels in Italy, and every single one provided a receipt with accurate, complete details—except for this one. If you need an official receipt for expense reimbursement, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Breakfast was great! The pool was fantastic and so was the spa! Everything was great!

All fabulous, staff wonderful, very clean. The highlight for us was the restaurant, chef and Maitre D' in the restaurant. The wine list was amazing as was the food. The location is wonderful with a view overlooking the castle, you are close to the beach and many wonderful shopping, restaurants and the island is easy to get around. We did an excursion in a taxi and that was reasonable and the hotel arranged all of that................fab greeting on arrival and staff could not have been more accommodating. First Class really. No complaints here.

Breakfast was amazing, ordered from a menu, and it's included in your room. The pool is wonderful, good size and plenty of seating, also the pool bar is open till 6 PM and has an extensive menu. The rooftop restaurant has amazing views and outstanding meals. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved everything! Have started there before and it always delivers.

Not a thing.

The room was very comfortable with an excellent view of the sea and the castle. Breakfast was delicious. Our check in was a great experience. Lorenzo upgraded us without us even asking. He was very friendly and informative. The spa steam room was not working which was disappointing. There is a very early check out of 10 am that guests ahould be aware of. We enjoyed everything else so much that these seemed like minor inconveniences.

Rich breakfast freshly made for you Room cozy and comfortable with a big terrace and large shower My friend wasn't feeling well one night and the staff was extra courteous and kind It was March and the pool was closed. Nothing nobody can do about it

Such a lovely hotel. The decor was beautiful & inviting. It is walking distance to the castle, which we truly enjoyed exploring. We loved the spa appointments. Beautiful, peaceful view from our balcony. Nice, employees at hotel & breakfast was amazing. We came outside of the busy time so there was parking space in the yard for us.

The shower needed some maintenance, it was leaking from the phone part, and is very small for such a big room. American coffee at breakfast is not good...
-
It was centrally located. The breakfast was excellent and the complementary exclusive use spa was a nice benefit we didn't expect. It was a great value for the price. A bit of pressure to eat in the restaurant but we wanted pizza and there was a great place on the way to the castle.

We found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, including washing the floors. The breakfasts were wonderful (they have a menu to choose from "included" items or paying extra for. The staff were so kind and friendly. We loved that they included 45 minutes of time alone in the spa area (warm pool, sauna, lounge chairs). Great value for the money. Any food that you wished to purchase is quite pricey so we rarely did. The pool outside was freezing cold (not heated at all).

The included breakfast offers many choice and it - and the daily breakfast service/staffers are wonderful! We had a fabulous lunch outdoor at the pool! And dinner - the hotel has one of the best restaurants on the island! Outstanding food and service at very reasonable prices. We highly recommend this hotel!! We loved everything.

This hotel was a short distance from the main port in Ischia, and we were able to walk when we arrived and departed. Minutes away from amazing restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our view was amazing from the balcony, with the pool and castle in the distance. The breakfast options were amazing. Nothing that I didn't like. This place was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was lovely, tho I should’ve reserved a sea view. The location was convenient, right in the middle of ischia port & the castle & the shops & restaurants in that area. The hotel has its own lovely lil spa & we enjoyed our time there.Lovely pool with a bar and a beautiful sea view roof top restaurant serving wonderful food. Great breakfast. Comfortable room, bed lovely bathroom nice shower & water pressure. Most importantly the staff is extraordinarily helpful & friendly and is what made our stay exceptional. Thank you Lorenzo, Vincenzo, Valentina, Laura & Sara ( I’ve left out some names I don’t know but EVERYONE made us feel welcome & cared for & we appreciate all of you! The walls are very thin but it didn’t really effect our visit

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and it was nice to have it served to us, not just a breakfast bar. It was hard to reach with a car, because it is the end of a road and cars parking on both side.

The outside Jacuzzi was not working.
