Actually I get room on last floor/10 and was very noisy because of aircondition up. My room very cold.the hotel full book.they order taxy and I move to other hotel HF. Bigger room, warmer, quite.And Blankets again - amazing.

Nice hotel, we had beautiful views. An easy downhill walk to central Porto but a more challenging uphill walk to return after a day of discovering the city Our only complaint is the shower temperature. We were on the 9 th floor and it would take over 10 min of running shower to get hot water. Water was mostly cool for first 10 min

Porto is an absolutely incredible city – full of charm, atmosphere, and amazing food everywhere you go. Right beside the hotel there was a fantastic food market with a great variety at really reasonable prices, which we loved. The location was ideal, with just a short taxi ride to both the beach and the old town – both definitely worth visiting. The hotel itself was top class. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows and bedding made for a really great night’s sleep. The staff were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Breakfast was honestly the best I’ve ever had in a hotel – such great value with a huge variety of options. We would definitely return and would highly recommend. The only downside was the booking process, which was quite stressful. As we were booking for a larger group (6 rooms), we were advised that only 5 rooms could be booked through Booking.com and that we would need to cancel and rebook directly with the hotel. We were offered incentives such as free transfers and breakfast on booking.com but not if booked directly with hotel so we kept the 5 rooms and only cancelled one, but after making changes to the booking, we were later told we were no longer eligible for the transfer. It was a bit confusing and frustrating at the time, and clearer communication around group bookings and offers would really improve the experience.

Everything was amazing, the staff was super helpful and nice. Great location, super clean and great space. Very comfortable That the city experienced 2 very hot days and there was no way on Putin On the air conditioning, so we spent 2 nights sweating ?. The stag sent a little fan to our room but it really didn’t help.

The room was clean and modern and the staff provided make up service daily. The parking was easy to use provided we arrived early enough. The beds were comfortable and they provided water and coffee in the room. The location was about a 30 minute walk from the city center. Although Ubers were cheap, we were expecting to be a little bit closer. The restaurant across the street from the hotel was delicious and convenient, though!
