I showed up injured after walking the Camino De Santiago. I was alone for 3 days as my family was completing the walk. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed without being asked. They would deliver Uber Eats to my room, offer to go out and get me food, checked on me several times a day and one young man went to the pharmacy after work to get me a crutch. Again, I never even asked for help they just did it. I was so grateful

It was nice and comfortable and clean and close to many restaurants We had no problems with the hotel

Room was amazing. Very comfortable. Nothing to complain about

Location was OK. Hotell was clean and serviceable. Some staff was exceptional, but a couple were not outgoing for their guests. Problem with a requested twin bed was never resolved. Bar was dark and never open during a 3-day stay.

Really good internet to work! They have parking nearby for 15€/day. But we found a nearby street to park our car for free. Just ask locals around! Big room and practical. Just missed a small table for more comfortable work. Nice look! Feels premium. Comfortable. Good location in Porto. The staff was very nice ?. The drain is not the best, so the shower floor accumulates quite some water. Water temperature fluctuated by itself while showering. Rest was great ? Some noise from the street but nights are usually quiet. Slept well.

Good location and clean rooms 3-Day stay, limited bar and restaurant facilities. There was a little confusion with a staff member as to what constituted a "twin" room. (Two inseparable mattresses joined by single sheet bedding is NOT a twin room)... but we sorted it out and all ended well.

Rooms a little bit dirty, no good location, personal very grumpy, rooms need a renovation

The bed is the best. If you are a heavyweight, having a solid pillow is incredible. I will not book anything else in Portal from this point on. The AC is incredible. It actually works and is really powerful. Unfortunately the hotel has a structural issue with the shower sealant. It discolors black and looks really ugly. The team on site tries to clean the best they can, but this is something that is just not possible to solve without redoing bathrooms.

The bathroom floor felt slippery, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly, and there was someone else’s hair in the sink. The toilet would also occasionally give off a terrible smell. At 8:30 in the morning, housekeeping opened the door unexpectedly. The door was very difficult to lock and didn’t have a deadbolt, which made me feel very unsafe.

Close to public transit and a 30 min walk from the city centre It’s a great example of you get what you pay for. They forgot to clean my room the first night. Came down the next day after they had forgotten again. Towels had rips in them. My room smelled like paint, my shower took 30 min to drain so you would be standing in a pool of water which then spilled out the door and flooded. Hotel bar was never open even though they advertise having one. Again, bang for your buck it’s decent but don’t expect it to be an actual 4 star.

Excellent location. Very helpful, friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Overall I like this property. Not much of a view. The View is of the backside of buildings under construction. But Porto has a lot of construction happening so not unexpected.

This is a wonderful hotel very close to Boavista, a very busy part of the city. The room is very very well designed and the bed is extremely comfortable. It has a nice little Smeg fridge, coffee pot, hangers, etc. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and the price I paid was quite inexpensive. I counted about 8 different emails that I received from the hotel starting a few days before up to "please rate our hotel", beyond the message that I already received from this website. It's too many and as though that isn't enough, one of them is asking for payment (Booking explicitly informs us customers not to follow any links that we receive on messages, so I didn't). Also, the text is in Brazilian Portuguese, not Portugal Portuguese. And one of the messages had a sentence… in Spanish?!? Weird. I also asked to extend the check out time by 30 minutes and the clerk at the reception kindly obliged, saying that she would then contact the staff cleaning the rooms. Well, as 12pm sharp one of those staff knocks on the door and I kept saying "I asked for more 30 minutes to leave" and had to say this a total of four times before she heard me and finally left. These two little things can be sorted by easily and should be mentioned but shouldn't distract from the main thing: this is a great place to stay! Don't hesitate!

It was clean and it was in a great location.

In general good hotel, comfortable beds and amazing mirrors in the rooms (cool when you are a couple ;) ) Good AC, warm room. Wierd thing, glass wall in the toilet...so you could be seen when you are doing your things..... Shower had canalization smell a little. Phone did not work in the room. When we used another number that was provided (WhatsApp) to ask questions, noone responded and when we called, response was in Spanish (Hotel is in Portugal), we asked for 2 towels....toweles never arrived to our room.

It is a bit far from the city center but that is clear up front from booking. I'd still recommend this hotel

We were placed in a room that is near a noisy air conditioning facility. It was not possible to open the window because of the noise. The room cleaning service was not very good. They didn't provide us with any tea when they cleaned the room. We complained at the reception but they didn't improve. Also on our last day they didn't leave us any water at all.
