Booked the large family room and it was incredible with murals on the ceilings! The staff was very friendly and helpful with bags and recommendations while staying in Porto. In addition, the breakfast each morning was delicious!! Would recommend and stay here again!

The property was centrally located and easy to get to everywhere that I needed. The hotel was unique and beautiful and offered a cafe that you could access all day as well as an out door patio. Breakfast was served in the mornings and the room was perfectly sized and had a balcony which was lovely! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Room is nice, even has a small balcony. You get basic toiletries and slippers which is nice. Breakfast is very good and diverse. They keep your luggage safe before or after check out, great plus. Room is nice but quite small, tiny windows, no closet, just a little hanger. Bathroom could use a little touch up.

We loved our stay here! Upon entering, we were immediately greeted with friendly smiles, and a water/coffee/glass of port refreshment. Within minutes, we had a map full of recommendations specific to our interests in the city. Even though our room overlooked the noisy street, the energy was fantastic and the large glass doors provide excellent sound insulation. We would, and probably will, stay here again in a heartbeat!

Charming hotel, very friendly staff. I would have liked to have had a small wash cloth to bathe with.

This was our second time staying here and we will likely stay again in the future. It is a great value as the breakfast is superb and you have access to coffee/tea/water all day and they leave leftover pastries and snacks out all day, as well. The staff are always polite, attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean and you can’t beat the location in town, right next to the Metro and Sao Bento Station.

The room was quite nice with its sophisticated decoration and cleanliness. The staff was friendly and asked if we need anything. Breakfast was tasty. The only thing that could be better was the extras.

A very cozy establishment in the heart of Porto. The interior was beautifully decorated, highlighted by a stunning ceiling. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the quality and variety of the breakfast. The TV was a bit small, but it didn’t affect our overall experience.

The location is in a prime spot; a great place to be located to explore in every direction. We were concerned when we walked up and there was jackhammering right outside the front door; no need to worry because you couldn’t hear anything due to the interior location of the rooms. It is the most unique boutique hotel we’ve stayed in with every detail to make you feel welcome (e.g., unlimited coffees, teas, waters, cakes, board games, books…just to name a few). The room was spotless and the complimentary breakfast was vast. Highly recommend!

Such a friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was outstanding. Location top notch. The room was basically a box with a small bathroom. We thought it would be more historically cozy.

The team was excellent, special tanks to migel who gave us many great recommendations. I liked also the room, the patio, the location.

Two linked buildings, the entry on one of the main pedestrian streets. Very close to the main train station, close to pubs, cafes and restaurants, with street musicians playing until 11pm (lovely!! Everything from contemporary to folky). The hotel staff were extremely helpful, and spoke great English. The room and its bathroom were designed beautifully, quiet, with good air conditioning (helpful for heat and humidity). No complaints

We spent two nights at Casa Dos Loios with our 14 year old and would highly, highly recommend it! It's the perfect blend of the quirky charm of a small inn (every floor has interesting decor to check out) with the wraparound amenities of a hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and helpful from our check in to leaving bags after check out. So kind, willing to answer questions or ask about our day. The hotel is central to everything on our must-do list — we kept re-checking our Google map and finding ourselves surprised everything was 5-7 minutes or stretching it to about at 10-15 minute walk. It made it convenient to pop back into the hotel to drop off bags, cool off in the AC or grab a cup of coffee. There are great restaurants right near by (we ate a lot of gelato from Glanni across the street, loved Floresta for brunch and grabbed late night pizza at Slice of Porto) The room was as charming as it was comfortable. Big pillows, even for the sleeper bed!, a lovely mattress and thoughtful touches plus a gorgeous ceiling mural and chic bathroom. We slept brilliantly after long, hot days of walking the city -- and despite being on a popular pedestrian zone it was quiet! Breakfast was full of local favorite and beloved options as well as eggs prepared as you like. Don't miss out on the crepes, the delicious yogurt, the chance to try rabanadas or the lime mousse. Enjoy it indoors or out on the patio!
