No AC which we were aware of, but the 4th floor rooms we were on didnt have a large enough window to allow a cross breeze during the summer heatwave. any of the other rooms would have been okay.
-
Location, price, facilities, lockbox, people There was no AC in the room, no place to put shampoo in the shower, breakfast does not include any meat or eggs, it is very loud outside, no elevator muj

The location is perfect. It's in the middle of the city and very close to the train station. The staff was extremely friendly and super attentive. I appreciated everyone's commitment. They helped me with everything I needed. Despite being a hostel and the rooms being shared, the cleanliness was very good, including in the bathrooms.

We were not aware that there was breakfast available when we checked in at the front desk. Another guest told us.

Best stay
-
It was great. No Air conditioning.
-
Renovated, clean and well staffed. Location incredible. Very loud at night with backstreet people talking loud until early morning. A lot of bottle breaking drug addicts too i would say.

Friendly staff, central location, clean room, comfy bed, use of shared kitchen and simple breakfast. Close to the Cathedral if walking the Camino. It was a bit minimalist, no plug in the sink, one of the plugs near the bed was lose, a bit expensive for what you got. Noisy, but Porto had just won the league, so probably not the fault of the Hotel.
-
Amazing location near the Sao Bento Station, restaurants and the Cathedral. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were well appointed. Nice and clean and the lockers were a bonus. The hostel was in a great position for the centre if you don't mind hills. Great that checkout is at 11.30 and they will look after you rucksack/ luggage for you once you have checked out if you want to do some last minute sight seeing. The breakfast was ok but there could have been a bit more choice. Maybe some ham as well as the cheese.

Booked a female room for four and we had our own bathroom in the room. Spacious lockers with locks or provided. The room was decently big to allow from multiple people to be standing at the same time. I was on the lower bunk, and there was the perfect distance between me and the upper bunk so my bunk mate didn’t have a long ladder to climb. The bed was sturdy so it didn’t shake when she was up multiple times in the night. The location was great by day, but got a little noisy at night, so there were some tension in the room between those that wanted the window open for fresh air and another guest that wanted the room quiet as possible. My room came with a breakfast that was typical for the area: buns, cheese, and processed ham. Cereal was also available. A fridge in kitchen area were available for meal prep. I would definitely stay here again! A great location typically means there will be noise at night as not everyone is on the same sleep schedule. That’s no fault of the property!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the noise from the street made it difficult to rest.

I liked the location, and the staff were very friendly with welcoming smiles. They made an effort to accommodate an early check-in, even if only by a few minutes, and were always willing to help. Even before my arrival, I sent several emails regarding the money transfer, and they consistently responded promptly and supportively. It seems that the bed sheets weren’t changed during my entire stay. While I understand they may want to respect guests’ privacy, I believe the sheets should still be changed regularly.

The location. Bed was very uncomfortable. We mentioned it, but nothing improved. Breakfast was very limited. The room was noisy. They only accept cash as a payment method, and you have to leave a €5 deposit for the room card.
-
Good location near bus stops, nice and clean kitchen and area to eat and sociaize, near the metro and main sightseeings in Porto, also supermarket, brestaurants, stores and a laundromat. Comfortable beds, good noise insulation, nice showers, friendly and professional personnel and reasonable rates. No elevator/lift, no privacy curtains on beds, no protein available in breakfast, no soap on shower bring your own

So easy to find! Good breakfast places around, and was a few meters from the cathedral. Perfect place after long flights and before first day of walking the camino! 24/7 staff made it feel very safe, and we were upgraded to a triple for no extra charge. The balcony was beautiful, and the windows were completely soundproof. Great amenities and extremely clean!

This clean and well-maintained hostel is conveniently located near São Bento Station. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and every member of the reception staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. My room was on the fourth floor, and without an elevator, climbing up and down every day became quite exhausting.
-
Actually it was good, just for people who has big luggage should be noticed because there is no elevator

Everything was perfect, the staff, the location, the cleanliness, my roommates... I would definitely recommend
