It was easy and fast The person who checked me in was a very fit young man. As a single woman traveling alone, I was little nervous to enter the apartment with the man who can easily over power me. I would have been happier if they just gave me the key from outside and I found the way to the apartment alone as it was easy to do instead of following the man into the apartment.

It was very noisy in the morning, there were people walking outside that could see you (you can close the windows tho but then you won't have any natural light), breakfast full of sugar with no vegan options but many vegetarian (tip for improvement: ask about dietary restrictions before arrivals).

Really nice apartment, great wifi, big frig , large TV , great location , well priced, helpful host. Secure Car park directly opposite very nice Staff only 15 Euro for 24 hours Stairs hard work as we were on 4th floor no Lift , host helped us when we arrived very nice fellow. Finding apartment by car was very difficult as one way road was closed to traffic . However you can entry from other end ( going wrong way down one way street ) Turn left into Hotel street and car park entrance on right before apartment

We loved our stay! Breakfast was delivered to the apartment every morning, which was great. The location was the perfect distance from the touristy area - a 5 minute walk without having all the craziness right on our doorstep. Others living on the street seemed like locals.

Location. Accessible to the city center and feeling of security. Also big bathroom, availability of fridge and kitchenette. Closeness of supermarket or grocery store. It have umbrellas available to use on rainy days. No hooks for towels (hand and body towels). Need to tell occupants about where to locate the trash can and replacement bags. Hangers located inside cabinet but the bed was located against the cabinet forcing you walk over the bed to access the Hangers. It

Great value for money, bed was very comfortable and appartment was quite spacious. Bathroom was also nice and clean. It was a convenient location as well whilst being on a quiet street. Would recommend for a holiday to Porto Our apartment didn’t have the new wooden floors, we had the outdated tile flooring (slippers would be needed).

The apartment location was very good, located near the main attractations around the city center. It also had many cafes, restaurants, as well as supermarkets nearby. For seeing the city center we mostly did not use any transportation, only when doing to the nearby village and bus station, we used taxi and tram. Overall, the apartment was very well equipped and had everything necessary. The host was also very friendly and responsive. We loved Porto and our apartment in general and if we are back, we will certainly take the same place. :) Our main issues, small inconvenience was the bed, as it was a double-bed and had one entrance, the other side was near the wall. Given the fact that I was traveling with a friend, it was a bit inconvenient with sleeping hours difference and getting out of the bed. :) However, if it is taken by a couple, this is totally comfortable.
