We liked the proximity to the City Centre of Porto very much. The rooms were conveniente, only missing airconditioning in the warm nights of the summer. The breakfast that was included in the reservation was a perfect European breakfast with enough choices of bread, juices, fruits, etc. We enjoyed our stay. We really missed airconditioning in the bedrooms.

The location was perfect, just a block from my cousins Hotel and a great price. The room was quite comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. Floor was a bit noisy in our room and above us, but not a problem to sleep. The allowed us drop our bags a bit early.

The breakfast was wonderful, the view from the balcony, Andrea and her staff were completely accommodating. They even went out of their way to bring us some glasses that were left behind for us after they had left for the night. Absolutely wonderful in every way.

The very best part of this property is Andrea, the host. We were running an hour early and contacted Andera for an early check-in. One of 3 rooms was ready and she facilitated leaving the bags in the room so we could go out for lunch. Andrea also help facilitate the e-check-in process. The breakfast was great! We had 3 rooms for five adults. Beds were comfortable but the bathrooms in two rooms had an open ceiling to the bedroom. The third bedroom required a very steep descent down a spiral staircase to the bathroom. These are not showstoppers but were unconventional and inconvenient.

Sadece merkeze yakın olması It had nothing to do with what was shown in the pictures. It’s a very old apartment building with zero sound insulation — you can hear everything people say upstairs from downstairs. The whole building feels like it could collapse on you at any moment. The rooms were stuffy and smelled bad. The toilet was inside the room and the bathroom was open-plan, which was absolutely terrible. I’m honestly surprised by the people saying this hotel is nice. Everything was broken and worn out. The owners were also very rude and unfriendly. We arrived only 30 minutes before check-in time, and when we asked if we could leave our luggage there and grab a coffee nearby until check-in, they asked for €5 per bag ♂️
