This hotel was perfect for a 3 day stay in Porto. You can walk to the main attractions, while still being out of the main city center and not next to all the noise. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff always greeted us with a smile. Our room was very clean and we ended up having an amazing view of the city. We loved having air conditioning to escape the heat and the bathroom was very spacious and clean!

The receptionist was quite understanding and fulfilling some of our special requests, room was spacious, beds were really comfortable, large bathroom, everything was clean around. Hotel somewhat does not meet expectations that should be standard for 4 star hotel, like there was no free water available in the rooms. Breakfast offer was acceptable, but not as good as it would be typical for such level hotel, like selection of fresh salad and fish. Of course, it is okay for staying one night in the hotel, but would be annoying for a longer stay.

Hotel was bright and modern and room well equipped. Reception staff were excellent. Bar service was very slow due to language barrier. Location was good but slightly out of the old town and took approx 20/30 mins to reach the river

Great location, nice little pizza place and craft ale bar round the corner. Main street with cafes and bars 5 mins away.
