Water in both rooms from the air conditioner problem checking in with my son not being honest at the desk when I asked a question overall will never use that facility again and will not recommend to anyone

The location was good The hotel rooms could do with some updating. The beds, flooring and bathroom looked a bit worn down and desperate.

It’s my second stay in three months. The hotel staff are lovely, always ready to help and very friendly. As a lone female traveller I felt completely safe. Location fantastic with huge range of bars and restaurants. Public transport links excellent to see Porto. Excellent value for money. Will return. Nothing!

The lady on the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was ok, generaly the hotel deserves more than two stars. The food market with the supermarket was very close to the hotel. Also, the metro and bus station were near. The center of the town is 20-25 minutes of a light walk away. The only thing that I missed was some sort of a cabinet for clothes, and the lightning could be brigther, it was difficult to read at night.

Staff, location are great. Facilities of the hotel are sufficient for a short business stay. They have all necessary things, but nothing more. Although a little tired hotel, it is good value for money.
