Perfect Outstanding hotel and personell

The location was incredible but outmatched by the incredible staff, comfortable beds, and delightful common areas including the library, spa and bar. We have stayed at top end hotels all over the world and this is right up there, delightfully surprised.

The location is excellent! Close to all the must see areas of Porto including, Bolhao Market, Lello bookshop, Torre dos Clérigos, the Bolhão Market and São Bento Station, allowing easy access to both the historic centre and Porto's shopping and business district. The staff is always so helpful and full of information on the city. Parking was easy even on a busy street. We will be back! I can’t think of anything.

It's ultra clean, top located, staff always ready to help and serve. A real 5* Very expensive parking even with a suite so we returned the rental car for the stay... At the end, absolutely no need a car there.
