Location There was no grand entrance and garden could’ve been more spruced up with flowers etc

The hotel is beautiful and in such a great location! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was huge: there was a small kitchen and couch! I was working remotely for part of the stay and it was ideal for this with many places to take calls. The rooftop is also very beautiful and has views of the whole city!

Location is perfect! We walked everywhere we wanted to visit with no problems.
-
Location is great, staff very accommodating, they packed breakfast when we had to leave early, and very comfortable room.
-
Perfect location for exploring Porto. There was a lot of space including a kitchen which was nice even if it was weirdly shaped. We didn’t know that the spa amenities were not included in the hotel price.
-
Location is perfect. No better spot in town to stay in the middle of everything. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints at all. Nothing. Everyone was excellent.
-
The hotel is located right off the main pedestrian street walking distance to all the main sights. The garden was a real extra bonus. The apartment walls were a bit thin and we overhead our partying neighbours until 2 am
-
location was amazing, breakfast was spectacular, rooms are beautifully decorated! it says "free parking". Yes, it's free, but it's street parking, which is free for anyone. There are no dedicated parking spots / spaces for hotel guests
-
super location, just few mins easy walking from San Bento station, in the center-center of porto. the garden and quietness
-
Staff were excellent, professional and very helpful with information and booking our trips. Villa was clean and on two levels with balcony off bedroom. good breakfast. View was beautiful. Villa was not deluxe as described, Bed very hard, like sleeping on a board. hand shower over bath, bathroom very tired,

The location is very central and a quick walk to most things. It was surprisingly quiet and tranquil as well which was really great. The staff was kind and attentive. In our family of four, two shared the pull out sofa and it was quite uncomfortable. The mattress slanted towards the middle. For two nights, it was not a huge deal but it is something to note.

Location and the breakfast
-
We didn't have time to take advantage of all the facilities -- so hard to fit in around everything to do in Porto. But that's not their fault!
-
Hotel itself was a little shabby and rough around the edges.
-
Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor bar area could be much better.
-
The location was great! It was right in the middle of the city. The so call indoor pool is like a kids pool. Not what I was expecting.
-
Amazing hotel in the center of Porto! We stayed in the top room (501) with a wonderful small balcony with gorgeous views of the city! The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Location was in the middle of the hustle and bustle yet close enough to the train. Rooms and beds were comfortable. We were even able to hang out in the garden and see the view across the river as the sun set. Staff was amazing as well.

A couple of the front desk workers were very gruff. The hydrospa situation was a bit confusing but perhaps traditional for Europe. They wanted to charge extra for using it. And the pool itself was very cold. It felt more like being in a shallow swimming pool.

The location is superb. Room is stylish. Breakfast has many selections.
