Location was great and loved the spacious room. Our bed was very uncomfortable, we found it very hard. We ended up sleeping in the living room on the couches/fold out on our last night as those were softer and more comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, in the very center of the city, pleasant staff and clean room.

Great location, clean and modern apartment, staff helpful at check in and with recommendations. We didn’t use the Spa, needs to be booked in advance and €15pp. There are 2 entrances, we stayed in the village which opens out to a backstreet and close to bakeries and restaurants. Entrance near reception is on to Rua de Fluers and shopping area and closer to Access Ribiera Lots of steps and cobbles to access the village apartments, fine for us but for older guests it was slippy after rain. Wouldn’t be ideal with buggy or toddlers. Taxi picking us up couldn’t access location as it narrow streets, check before ordering if you have lots of baggage

Amazing location for exploring Porto and the staff are sos so helpful both via email before arrival and also whilst there. 5 star Room was great but a bit noisy

Very bad experience. They spoke in Galician, and Spanish. Not good in Portuguese. No instructions on where to go. I needed like a map. And not even was acurate.
