The Passenger Hostel is located in the iconic S. Bento Train Station, within the UNESCO World Heritage area of Porto. It offers private and shared accommodations, a bar and free WiFi access. I have stayed here 6 times? I think that is right. Noisy tourists on the street in the middle of the night. But what can you do?

Such a great place! Great staff. Great rooms. Great breakfast. Great facilities and spaces. A little run down in the common rooms. But pleasant and clean.

Staff were amazing!!! So helpful and nice and appreciated that I could leave a small bag while traveling on the Camino for 2 weeks.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They can provide with so mich information about the coty and activities to do. They offer activities every day in the hostel with game nights and free breakfast in the morning. Even though the room was for 10 people it was pretty big and well equipped, except the noise from outside everything was perfect. I could leave my things before check in in a safe room for free, met lots of great people throug the hostel activities. The bathroom and showers are equipped with everything needed for ladies: shampoo, creams, deodorants, cotton, hair dryer, hair curler… Hostel inside the train station sao bento, so pretty noisy outside (hotel provides you with earplugs though. And there were some mosquitoes during the night, but just since it was summer time and the windows were open.

The location is superb, it in the main train station and in the center of city. Nearby the Timeout market. The room is very big and clean. And breakfast is good.

The location is wonderful. We loved the lockers and the wrist bands which make it easy to come and go. The amenities are so great and everything is clean. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We went to breakfast and it was so delicious. We also went on a pub crawl and the guide was very engaging. We loved the activities provided. Best hostel that we have stayed in! We loved everything.

Great location, very clean, great staff! No place to hang clothes or other belongings. Some hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms and maybe some hangers would be great.

Comfy beds!!! Great complimentary breakfast & coffee, huge upstairs kitchen for anyone to use, updated rooms & facilities, very clean, organized events every night it’s not a con but my cause some people concern, luggage holding was out in the open in the main lobby. During the day anyone is able to enter/exit through the main doors too

Location, staff, entertainment, and clean The biggest pain point was the limit of one clothes washer and dryer. There is no system and inconsiderate guests would leave clothes unattended and sitting when finished. Drying racks were filled for two days with clothes already dried.
