The room is spacious and cozy. It has all the amenities you need, and the location is unbeatable! Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Can't think of any!

Door to room was very difficult to open. In fact I could not do it. Fortunately, my husband could open it otherwise we would have been locked out. Also bathroom was a bit smelly. And the shower floor very slippery

The breakfast is delivered to your room and was very meager. A small yogurt, a small bit of granola two rolls, butter, jam, some juice coffee in a thermos so if you wanted a 2nd cup, you couldn’t have it. Nothing sweet to have with your coffee.

The location was fantastic - right on a vibrant, active street full of restaurants and shops. The Bloom House is super cute and has everything you could need. The hosts were really kind, welcoming, and helpful. Nothing! Everything was perfect.

The staff is amazing, always super helpful when you have any questions at all about getting around or tips on things to do!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed for two. Great location at Via Catarina, close to attractions, restaurants and stores. Sofa bed not comfortable for two adults.

The hotel staff were exceptionally polite, supportive, and always ready to help, responding promptly and clearly to all of our questions in excellent English. The hotel itself was spotless and ideally located within walking distance to all major sightseeing spots. The room sizes were a bit on the small side.

Although we arrived later at night, the receptionist was waiting for us, with a smile, and spent all the necessary time with us explaining everything. Location of the hotel cannot be better ... pedestrian zone, very quiet, but still close to metro and within a walking distance to the very historical center. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious enough, quiet and had everything we needed. Great breakfast baskets waiting for us every morning at the apartment door :-)

Great location. Really enjoyed the apartment. Everything was there for a comfortable stay. Very comfortable bed and good linens. Liked the breakfast, which was a variety every morning. A little disliked that there were traces of previous occupants. Found a package under the TV cabinet
