Going up narrow stairs. Very small, shared washroom.

The staff was very nice The rooms is quiet I had a good sleep Also its near everything

I needed to stay just for a few hours to sleep. The place was great, clean, staff were really friendly. I would only say that the two bathrooms with the shower are tiny, with nothing to put your clothes/accessories in; luckily, the third one was comfortable. I only stayed there for less than seven hours.

You get what you paid for, nothing extra, nothing less, good for staying a night or two. The entrance to the building wasn’t obvious.

The place is in heart of city center, very lively place; you will find everything in this A-Z nearby. Additionally, the beds are neat & clean and spacious. The best part is the staff is wonderful. I met 2 people, one lady & one man, at reception; both of them were perfect and hospitable. This place is highly recommended.

This place is so good, and the staff make it even better! Caio was my favorite, he was always so friendly and willing to help, just the best attitude! He is exactly the right type of person to be working in a hostel, they should give him a promotion if he's not already a manager! Super comfy beds and an enclosed indoor terrace social area upstairs. PERFECT location! Highly recommend Only issue was construction noise in the morning, but that's Portugal !

loved this hostel! the beds were very comfortable, water pressure and heat was lovely, staff was so nice and welcoming, the terrace attached to the room i stayed in overlooked the street and was beautiful to sit and have a drink or snack on. location was great - close to lots of stores, metro, and restaurants. 10/10 experience! wifi would cut out often and really only worked on the main reception floor

No sign on door at street. Hostel all over the building different floors. Small showers no windows. Not hostel fault but building work next door starts 8am. Doors to balcony didn't shut properly

The location is in the center, close to Bolhão market and the station, but it's always serene inside of the building. Couldn't put my luggage earlier than 10.30 and I didn't know that there were luggage lockers around the area because the internet only showed popular spots.

Rooms was not acoustically separated from loud neighbors. Construction noise outside my window. WiFi inconsistent in the bedroom.

I had a private room with private bathroom, but it was next to the shared bathroom, so it was noisy.

The location was outstanding, place was clean, and service and hosts were incredible. Both Rafael and Vanesa are wonderful people, helpful and super friendly. I needed to telework some extra hours after my check out, and they were considerate enough to let me stay and work there. Definitely a recommended hostel!

It was easy to get to. The bunks were very comfortable. It was under construction so not all of the areas were usable
