La ubicacion fue perfecta, muy cerca del centro de porto. Y parada de bus y metro cerca. La atencion del staff maravillosa y la habitacion muy comoda. Nada que decir.

Location was perfect, and parking facility was close enough, eventhough we had to pay extra.

Good location, close to market and metro, still quiet at night The room is VERY small for two people and there is absolutely no place to put your luggage. Also there's no place for cosmetics articles in the bathroom either ? Any interior designer who designed this room has never traveled before!

The staff was hard working, friendly, and knowledgeable. Kudos to Katrina and Igor.

Air conditioning couldn't be changed. Blew cold air or nothing. Made both of us sick. Rooms are too small. Good housekeeping service.

We enjoyed our experience so much on Oct 15 - Oct 16 we chose to stay through Oct 21… please see our review for Oct 17 - Oct 21… There was nothing I disliked about the property… I choose to stay with IBIS often… the cost of the rooms are easy on the pocketbook… The rooms are very basic, no frills but well equipped…

The Ibis Porto Centro is a strategic location enabling you to easily walk towards many of the outstanding attractions in Porto. Including Port’s famous market which is just a block or two away from the hotel. On the date of our arrival, our person at reception was well informed, gracious, and overflowing with information about the area. I believe his name was Matthew. The suggestions for restaurants, Port tasting and sites of interest were invaluable. The building in which the hotel is located has a beautiful entrance with stunning ironwork. The lifts, as most European lifts, are quite small. The size of the elevator is only an issue during the check in and checkout times. Because the lift accommodates one or two p persons with their luggage, if you were in a hurry, cheers to use the stairs. However, the location, the staff and the price make it well worth your time

The location was great and near a metro station and outdoor market. The room and restroom were too cramped.

Great location close to the city center. Parking on the street can be difficult as spaces are usually occupied, but the nearby garage is a helpful alternative (though not cheap). Good, simple breakfasts, a nice bar, and overall everything was very good We realized that booking a triple room cost the same as two separate rooms. The triple room was the same size as a double, just with an extra bed added, so we expected more space. Keep this in mind — it may be better value to book two rooms instead of one for three people

Perfect for one one-night stop on our way back home. Easy check-in, clean room, the balcony was much appreciated by our dog. Great location in a quiet and shaded neighbourhood, a few minutes away from the main attractions and the center. The stairs ! Lots of them

The location was great. Did not like the sink next to the bed. If someone gets up and wants to wash up they immediately wake up the person still sleeping in bed. Would be so much better to have the sink and shower and toilet all together.

The shower water temperature kept flucturating
