the location and the lovely garden it was not very clean, had no iron when asked for one, and also it was a bit difficult to communicate as noone was there at the reception most of the time

Price Luggage transfer worked with Top Santiago even though no person at reception all done with access codes Only one socket to charge phone etc and that was in the bathroom. Not able to open a window musty smell Dirty looking towels No reception personnel. We arrived at 9pm and left at 8 am

Location was good , everything were clean but there were lot of ants in the bed and table .a complain is that they painted the cabinets I put my and my wife new bag , both bag got white marks with fresh paints this was very sad . There were not enough toilet rolls in the bathroom. For 2 people. Good location and clean affordable price

Everything was good. The area is really nice, and it was very easy to get to the hotel from the airport using public transport. It was very easy to check in and out. I was really happy about the airconditioner. The place was quite cheap. The room was too small for having my suitcase open.
