An exceptional stay from beginning to end. The hotel is perfectly located, and the level of service is outstanding, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the staff. Unfortunately, I fractured my foot during my trip, and from that moment everyone took such incredible care of me. They were attentive, kind, thoughtful and always ready to help. A very special thank you to Luis and Pedro, who were absolutely wonderful , genuinely caring, incredibly helpful and always so kind. The entire team, without exception, made me feel looked after and safe throughout my stay. This level of hospitality is rare, and I will definitely come back. Honestly, nothing. My experience was excellent and the staff was wonderful

What makes this hotel so unique is its beautiful heritage concept. I absolutely loved how each floor has its own signature scent, while every room has its own identity and character. These thoughtful details make the whole stay feel so special and create an experience that is completely different from any other hotel. Nothing at all

Perfect location right in downtown, good view from room and in overall room itself. I didn't like quality of service in hotel restaurant. We decided to go for dinner in the evening and got terrible service from the side of restaurant there. It was quite inattentive waiter who like mostly joking and didn't listen us at all in terms of order. I asked him directly: What can you recommend from local desserts? And he said Tiramisu... After it he disappeared for 1.5 hours and We had to wait four our order for about 2 hours... Then he quite forgot what We ordered at all in terms of dessert so his manager was figuring it out with him. From what I saw he had a time only for chasing girls during his shift. Finally in the end he delivered us that dessert, I am not even sure that it was a dessert which We ordered but anyway and he was so impudent that took from us 10-12 Euro in terms restaurant service and said: "is it much?! Hahahaha I know it is". I don't know how this person was allowed to work at 5 starts hotel restaurant. Just for reference, it was evening of 03.08.26. Next morning We faced again with unpleasant situation during breakfast. This time, there was a lady which asked us our room number and We've repeated it 4-5 times. Then once I started having dinner she approached us and said you have no paid for breakfast and called immediately a guy from reception telling that I have not paid and I need to go with him. I had to interrupt breakfast and go with him to the reception figuring whats going on etc. Finally, they have found that I paid for breakfast... Basically 2 times of first 2 days when We came to breakfast in the morning, nobody was present from the beginning to check our room number. Only in the middle someone came to check it. Thats why I highly do not recommend hotel's restaurant. It's just wasting of time, money and nerves. Talking about hotel itself, the only disadvantage were dirty carpets in our room and our floor in the corridor.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property. The biggest disappointment was the Wi-Fi. The internet connection was very poor, slow, and unreliable throughout my stay, which was extremely inconvenient. The breakfast was also below expectations. I had stayed at a 4-star hotel in Lisbon before coming here, and the breakfast there was significantly better in terms of quality, variety, and overall experience. It was surprising that a 5-star hotel offered a breakfast that felt inferior to a 4-star hotel. The staff were polite, but I believe the hotel should improve both the internet service and the breakfast to match the standards expected from a hotel of this category. The Wi-Fi was very poor and unreliable throughout my stay. The breakfast was also disappointing and below the standard I expected. Overall, I don’t think these services reflect the quality of a 5-star hotel.
