I liked the hotel's location. The breakfast was amazing and reasonably priced. My AC seemed to work unevenly. Some nights were cooler than others in my room.

Perfect location. Even though we arrived close to midnight, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. The receptionist made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was happy to provide useful information and recommendations. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was both fresh and appealing. The room was lovely, spacious, thoughtfully designed, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only area that could be improved is the communication before arrival. There were too many messages, including repeated warnings about phishing, which felt excessive and made it harder to identify the information that was actually important.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Very cute and stylish. I believe the staff could be a little more welcoming to the guests. But overall they were okay.

Smart and modern boutique hotel. Good location for major sites in Porto, within walking distance, and also convenient for public transport. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Complimentary car from airport. Temperamental shower controls

It was a charming hotel, reasonably priced and close to the main pedestrian shopping and dining areas - walking distance to San Bento Square where all the charming vendor booths are. They were very helpful in providing a shuttle to the airport for our trip home as well.

Our first visit to Porto and it was very enjoyable.

Very friendly staff. Clean and well decorated. Nice place to stay.

The hotel and room were nice, modern, clean. So no complaints on those fronts. We requested a queen bed. The hotel told us via email before they could not fulfil the request (but this was not clear). So when we arrived, we found out about this. They gave us two single beds, didn't even make an attempt to join them by simply pushing them together. We ended up doing that anyways so it was fine. Staff did not offer us anything to make up for the fact we were clearly dissatisfied by the room conditions, considering we were not given what we paid for.

I liked the breakfast. The bed was really comfortable slept really well. The staff were helpful when i could not open the safe. One member show me how to use the epresso machine. Handy getting in and out. Train station tridade is close by. Down the street is a shopping center. Plenty of place for coffee around. I am happy enough.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful—spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from toothbrushes and slippers to lotion, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect: only a 5-minute walk from Santa Catarina shopping area, and just as close to the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and was even better than some overpriced 4-star hotels I’ve stayed in. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Wonderful location, good breakfast, very clean and pleasant room. Overall a good place to stay and see Porto easily!
