Breakfast and comfort

The breakfast was good and there is plenty space in the social area to gather. The place is quiet at night. There is no privacy curtains in the bunk beds, but the space in the room is adequate, so you are not so close to the others guests.

Disappointed. The AC was broken in our room and it was brutal. Even with the window open as far as it would go (not far) it was like a sauna in the room. When I asked to move to another room I was told I’d have to pay full price for another night.

The room and bed sheets extremely clean and carefully prepared. Common areas are very comtortable, well designed and the garden is very nice. The location is central so easy to walk to the centre areas. I enjoyed my stay there a lot. Definitely will choose the same place if I visit Porto city again. All is good.

No body wash is provided at the shower area

Breakfast was a bonus and was satisfactory.

Over all this hostel was so quiet and clean. The beds were so comfortable. I like that you get a breakfast included. The buns are so fresh! I met some amazing women staying in my room. The women’s shower on the second floor, there is black mold between the tiles in the shower. The rest of the bathroom so clean.

Many breakfast meat, cheese, cereal and fruit options. Friendly, helpful staff. VERY clean.

The breakfast was great!!!

Almost everything - seamless wifi, comfy beds and bright clean rooms, late night activities in the lobby, supported by the friendly staff, unlimited hot chocolate. The only thing I didn't like is that the breakfast had no hot meal options, in other hotel usually there are scrambled eggs or sausages; but anyway, there was plenty of other options for. Some friends complained that there are no certified vegan options (although I saw gluten free food was served on demand).

Location is nice, quite close to the center + public transport is around. Very nice and vriendly people work there. The facility itself is beautiful and comfortable, give advices about Porto. Liked the breakfest, but lacked pastel de natas ahhah. Loved a lot that they give you their key for the place where you can keep your luggage. Comfortable bed and pillow. The shower is moldy. In general, clean. But yeah, I would reccomend to clean that, because it does not fill nice to wash yourself there.

Inexpensive room rate but it is usual hostel price. No elevator. The toilet of the male and female bathroom were adjacent to each other which may make woman feel in-secured.

The room felt a bit claustrophobic and no privacy because of the absence of curtains for each bed, but that could just be me. Also, the upper beds could use a shelf or something to store stuff

The staff is friendly and interesting. The breakfast is very good! close the city center no place to put my shampoing in the shower room, the hair dryer is not function well

The rooms were awesome and staff were helpful. It was great but didn’t fully feel safe in the neighbourhood.
