Wonderful view of the city from the 7th-floor room. Close to restaurants and the metro at Trinidad station. Hard to control the A/C.

Breakfast was rather poor especially after paying 11€ for it. The coffee was not hot, the variety of food was poor, no vegetables and I had to clean my table.

It can get noisy early in the morning as it's located in a main street and it doesn't filter the noises well, but had no impact whatsoever as I wake up early. The shower pressure had some issue but wasn't a big deal.

The hotel located near the metro station with several lines that go there. Very close to the shopping street santa catarina. I ordered the single room but go the bigger one.

8 minutes from metro station, bus station right outside the hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Staff was helpful and ordered me a taxi for the airport. Check in is only at 4 pm because they start cleaning the rooms only at noon. Not enough lighting in the room. Bathroom door doesn’t close. Bedroom door needs to be pushed to be locked. Not enough bathroom and shower storage. I had a small spider on my pillow the first night. Couldn’t get the water in the shower to get warm on my last night.

The location was very good. breakfast was nice and staff was very nice. loved the device in the shower to be aware of the amount of water spent. the steps to the elevator is a little uncomfortable. My water faucet wasnt working very well.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, even advised me to book online for a better deal rather than booking on the counter. The location was convenient for me, near Trinade meteo station and 10min from downtown, 20min from the river. I recommend this place, I will book there again if I get to come back here in the future.

-Very quiet room. Was located on the ground floor, I did not hear anything from other rooms, I slept like a log. Wonderful. -Excellent location near Trindad metro station, I found a grocery store nearby where I could get snacks and other things I needed. Very convenient. -Clean -Comfortable bed -Good breakfast that included hot food and pastries -Able to make coffee in room -Large bathroom -Convenient check-out -24 hour reception -Free wifi that worked well -TV -AC This hotel is in an excellent location near the metro station. It has the conveniences you need in a hotel. Good breakfast, bathroom in the rooms, a quiet night's sleep, free wifi, coffee in the room and somebody in the reception at night to make sure everything is calm and safe- these are things that become more and more important to me and I'm happy I did not have to compromise on any of them. Would be happy to stay again. -Neighborhood felt a little shady to walk through at night. Not unsafe, just a little desolated and with a few rough sleepers.
