Great location. Very friendly Staff. Good Breakfast. Rooms a bit small by some standards (but average for Europe), but modern & clean. Decorations & appointments are fantastic. Not much.

The location is perfect as it is a short walk to the cathedral, shopping, the marketplace, restaurants, and other tourist locations. The staff, particularly Roger, was kind and helpful. I can’t think of anything.

An amazing experience from the beginning! The hotel is in a privileged position and the decoration is stunning. My room had a view of the cathedral and it was just the perfect size for a comfortable weekend. The staff was amazing at all moments, I felt like a special guest. I will definitely be back and choose this beautiful hotel again!

An interesting, funky little, lively place with very eclectic furnishings. The property is fun, interesting, clean, and well maintained and right in the middle of everything. The front desk and bar staff are exceptionally professional, helpful, informative, and personable. Our room was large, clean, and quite comfortable! We even had a large window and balcony overlooking the Cathedral and the centro which was very nice and unexpected. At first I was concerned that since our room faced a very busy street that street noise was going to be problematic and interfere with sleep - I was wrong! They have done an exceptional job of sound-proofing the property and you could not hear any street noise in our room. The housekeeping staff is top notch, timely, and kept our room spotless. The bar is fun in the afternoon and evening - on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday they have a live DJ which really livens up the spot and makes it very inviting. We did eat dinner two nights at the bar/restaurant and the food was very good. My spouse was suffering from neck and back pain during our visit and the staff was kind enough to provide us with orthopedic pillows to help with sleeping. Breakfast was just - ok. Mostly bread and pastries and some fresh fruit would have been nice. That said, what was provided was of good quality and tasty.

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. Weird mat like carpets in the bathroom!

Location, comfortable bed, quiet room Bedroom floor was a sticky plastic mat/vinyl covering instead of plain wood floors or a regular carpet. I would have preferred a different material for the flooring and I know it sounds ridiculous but when you take your shoes off it's just not the most comfortable experience. Otherwise it was fine!

Great location, charming decor with great staff. The manager (Rogerio Martins) made us fell welcome with personal recommendations. Also when my daughter left her medicine in the room while we were at the airport he went above and beyond to ensure we got the medicine with Uber. Thank you very much . N/A

Excellent location lovely hotel decor, staff were helpful Breakfast was disgraceful, we stayed for 4 mornings and every morning was a challenge. Had to request everything from mile to fruit to eggs to tea bags as routine. For a Hilton I would expect a whole different experience.
