Brisa da Praia Park Hotel

El parque de agua y las opciones de juegos para los chicos. El desayuno era muy variado y cambiaba de opciones todos los días. Que el hotel cuente con restaurante propio era un plus ya que se encuentra alejado del centro. El personal pasaba diariamente a limpiar la habitacion, pero las sábanas no se cambiaron en los 10 días que estuvimos alojados e incluso a veces tenían algo de arena del día anterior. Al igual que debajo de las camas que tampoco se limpio en ningun momento. El aire acondicionado no podía manejarse desde la habitación y cuando llegamos tuvimos que pedir que subieran la temperatura porque estaba muy frío. Lo arreglaron enseguida, pero sería ideal poder modificarlo desde la habitación en lugar de tener que ir a solicitarlo cada vez que se quiera modificar la temperatura. En teoría había un termostato en la pared de la habitación para hacerlo pero no funcionaba.

The room, swimming pools/restaurant, proximity to the beach. Level of loudness of the music and entertainment activities. There's was always very loud music from outside the hotel until around 2am. I don't know the source. Toa Toa?

The location right across the beach. A short drive to town. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had issues with the room we booked and they were very helpful even during the night. It was our second time but will likely be the last. We had stayed there 4 years ago, and the overall quality of the place has gone downhill. The room initially offered to us was inhabitable due to the strong mold smell (also, very tiny). We were offered a second room which was only slightly better. We ended up paying more for a better room. The breakfast which had been a highlight during our first stay, was underwhelming. Granted it was Easter week but the noise in the breakfast room made you want to eat quickly and leave.

I had stayed for two weekends in a row at this place and it is in a great location, with all infrastructure for families (kids), helpful and friendly staff, etc. On the second time, we didn't have hot water coming through showers or taps. We called someone to fix it, who did that but it only worked for the moment. 12 hours later, when we tried to shower again, surprisingly there was no hot water.

Brisa Praia Hotel has the complete infrastructure for families: big rooms, restaurants, parking lot, pool, kids club, across the street from the beach and it even has their own water park. Liked everything

The property is located very close to the beach. 5 mins from the beach. Rooms are old. Breakfast could be more elaborated.

I really like to dance, so the location (in front of Toa Toa) was perfect. The pool was big and nice and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. the furniture and bathroom in my room seemed to be a little old. Air conditioning temperature was not working properly. Wi-Fi did not work when the hotel was full so I used my 4G most of time. Gym equipments were very old too.

- location was OK - staff overall was friendly - kids enjoyed the swimming facilities - edited pictures on the website are misleading, in reality its a rather worn out facility in need of a decent refurbishment - standard room indicated on website being 23m2, in reality was probably half the size with tiny bathroom - AC had to be repaired during our stay - bathroom door not closing properly and had regular issues with the keyless main door entry - breakfast was a simple buffet style serving of average products - quality of the coffee below standard - water quality in the kids water park was questionably, water not very clear

Excellent Water Park. You can visit the waterpark without staying at the hotel. The staff for the kids also excellent. I would say up to 10-12 years old this place packs a lot. This is your place if you only consider your childs water activities and dry activities till 9pm on most nights; similarly the waterpark is open most days not everyday from 12-18. Service is good but limited because demand is too high for the number of workers. We would wait about an hour to order and about the same for food to come out. The Bolognese is decent. The rest of the food gets bland fast if you are staying an extended stay it may be worth it to buy the all meals package.

The children’s facility and entertainment were very nice and handy It’s a bit old and there is no lift, which for families with children makes it a little complicated

Great place just in front of the beach. Every single staff very friendly. Would definitely be back to this place if in Porto. Nothing.

It’s very close to the beach Needs serious updating and renovation. The TV is small and the pillows were uncomfortable and cheap.

The facilities, location. Poor Wi-Fi on the rooms.
