I had great expectations about this place until I get there and change my mind. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, calm and silent place, this hotel is not for you.

Very nice location. Hotel is beautiful with very nice pool and a beautiful garden. Quiet and close to the beach. Good breakfast. Extremely slow checkin at the reception. 2 receptionists not knowing english and talking in portuguese with each other and laughing infront of us?: very inappropriate (regardless what they were saying). Bed was very small and extremely uncomfortable. Wifi is a disaster from literally everywhere in the hotel. We ended up spending a huge amount of data from our provider during our stay. Having a plastic wrist band attached to your hand for the whole stay? We're humans not a parcel ready to be posted...

Great beach and relax location. If you are looking for staying next to a beach - this is the place. You can go the beach any time, crossing the street. The beach comes with a great option of the Toa Toa entertainment facilities, like a large bar with all afternoon entertainment. It is FUN!!! Or skip it and sit on out on the sand or stay at the hotel pool. Many people here complained about breakfast. Yes, it is kind of the same every day but there are a lot of choices and it is good quality. I enjoyed it every day. Do not expect a Marriott or Hilton or Hyatt like room. The rooms are basic. This is the case pretty much everywhere around Porto Seguro, unless you go for a private house at AirB&B. Rooms are basic but clean and the service is good. My room was directly facing the pool. They play music at the pool from like 10 till 5. If you like afternoon naps ask for a room facing the other way. Be prepared that very few people speak English, but everyone is extremely accommodating even if they don't. WiFi is a something to improve. It was jumping between the hotel and the restaurant WiFi and it was made it work Ok most of the time for my needs.

The room was clean, and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was very nice, and helpful during my stay. The pool was absolutely amazing. I love that they had a restaurant in the hotel, with a bar.
