Location I stayed at the Ramada for four nights, and the stay was unacceptable from day one. The room was in poor condition; the Wi-Fi was completely non-functional, and the windows would not close properly, allowing mosquitoes to enter the room throughout the night. ​Furthermore, the behavior of the front desk staff was unprofessional and harassing. Although they originally told me my nephew could stay until 7:00 PM, they kicked him out at 12:00 PM and refused to let him return. Later that day, the workers started saying rude and inappropriate things, such as asking for the ages of his sister and cousin. When he said they were 18, a staff member at the front desk responded with 'Yesss' while gesturing excitedly with his hands. He also inappropriately asked my nephew if he used drugs and mockingly called him 'brother-in-law.' When my nephew eventually returned to the lobby later in the week to help me with my things, the staff member sarcastically said, 'Oh, you came back,' and addressed him as 'bonitão' in a demeaning and unprofessional tone. My nephew felt so uncomfortable that he avoided the hotel for some time. I need help to get out of this property early before my last day and hopefully get my refund. I already booked a different hotel because of what happened last night.

Disappointing

Nothing Dirty , laud music all night until 6am and in the middleof the day. Dirty rooms . Glass entrance door to the room which was open and you can hear everybody that was outside of the room.Insects in the bed. Nothing for you to relax.

Location and breakfast The internet was constantly bumping me in and out. Very unsteady to say the least.

Beach in front was excellent Room could be better equipped and maintained. Better support for beach goers should be arranged.

the kids loved all the pools and the beach across the street. they cleaned our rooms everyday… we were cheated at the nauticomer resort we had reserved a week there at the other resort that wanted to double our price after we arrived.. we stayed half a day at nauticomer and they charred us R$ 2500 for just one night.. we left angry and moved back to pau Brazil..( formerly) now Ramada. we stayed here in the past it changed names but the only difference was it was not all inclusive anymore. it was a great deal three hundred dollars for a week! they have their own beach and beach bar. even paying for food and drinks it was still a great deal. I want to buy the placemats live there! having to leave

Very low standard, toilet didn’t work, small rooms, moisture

tooooo bad , horrible!! very bed. the rooms are too old and disgusting and duty.

There were a party in the hotel and it was too loud. The front door is made of glass. There were no soap and no towels when we arrived.

0 Foul mold smell, dirty, AC did not work, no hot water, staff lied about all rooms being sold out. absolutely disappointing. DO NOT STAY HERE. loud awful music. sheets had holes in them.

Every single member of the staff is holding this place together and keeping from falling apart, they had to keep apologozing to guest for the poor condition of property amd things not working. TV amd AC didn't work, that is unacceptable for a hotel. Property is a desperate need of a major renovation. Food is om, but prices per person for lunch and dinner are way over priced, not a lot of variety or quality there, R$59.99 per person for buffet, believe me... go to Colher de Pau or amy of the restairants near by.
