As plantas, o mobiliário da área de café da manhã, o café da manhã Ausência de papel higiênico. Camas sem lençóis adequados. Quantidade insuficiente de travesseiros. Vaso sanitário sujo na chegada. Box do banheiro sem porta. Lençóis sujos e com furos. Além disso, nas primeiras horas da manhã, a equipe de limpeza fazia muito barulho nos corredores, com música em volume elevado, conversas e cantorias, impedindo o descanso dos hóspedes e demonstrando falta de respeito com o horário de silêncio. A luz do banheiro não funcionava. O chuveiro levava aproximadamente 15 minutos para aquecer a água, ocasionando desperdício desnecessário e significativo de água. Diversos pontos de umidade nas paredes do quarto.

Breakfast was good! The pool was not to use , because they put something to clean it, exactly the day we arrived. The room door was broken, the key they gave us could not open the door from inside. I had to jump from the back side, pass a humid corridor to go to the reception, so they could open the door for me. I wanted to have A espresso on the pool bar and they didn’t have any coffee.
